Everyone was chatting when they saw the bus coming up.
"Sister-in-law, you get on first," Liu Qiao Lian supported Liu Xiaoqin and said, "Don't push, everyone, there's a pregnant woman here."
Gu Lingling and Mo Hongying stood at the back of the line.
If the bus is full, they'll send another one, so no need to worry about not having seats.
However, when they got on, most seats were taken, leaving only the last two rows.
"Oh dear, the mountain road is hard to drive on. Sister Qin, good thing you're in the first row; sitting in the back would make your stomach flip,"
As soon as they boarded, they heard Liu Qiao Lian gloating.
Gu Lingling stayed silent.
Sitting in the first row isn't always great; she remembers a bus accident from later years when a mother and daughter in the front row were thrown out, and the girl was lost instantly.
So, she's never sat in the first row since then and always fastens her seatbelt.
But right now, these buses don't have seatbelts.
