Lin Wushuang was startled, looking at Chen Tianlong, who instantly woke up, her little heart pounding.

"Wushuang, morning, I'll just take a call first, okay."
Chen Tianlong didn't expose her but instead listened to the call, which made Lin Wushuang breathe a sigh of relief.
"Hello, is this Tianlong? This is Mengting. Grandpa said he's already got a plan for the thing we discussed yesterday. You should come by in a couple of days, and we'll go over it in detail." It was clearly Wu Mengting on the other end.
"Okay, no problem." Chen Tianlong agreed cheerfully.
The day seemed uneventful until the evening.
Around 9:30, Chen Tianlong returned from outside and saw Lin Wushuang watching TV alone. He was a bit curious and asked, "Wushuang, it's the weekend today. Where's Xiaoyu?"
