Su Ziyu picked up a thin slice of lamb with his chopsticks, swirled it in the bubbling red oil base, and then dipped it in the pre-made sauce in his bowl. As he took a bite, the rich aroma of the meat and the perfect level of spiciness made him feel a satisfying sense of happiness.
"Whew!"
Su Ziyu couldn't help but let out a long breath, raising his hand to place the beef tripe, meatballs, beef, and river shrimp into the hotpot.
This was his usual habit.
Every time he ate hotpot, he would start with some meat to fill his stomach a bit. Once a plate of meat settled in his belly, he could leisurely savor the flavors within.
