At dawn, surrounded by eight twenty-story steel buildings, the small square was filled with members of the Iron Heart Gang, all looking in surprise at the four men tied in the center.
"Why are these four elders tied up?"
"Don't you know? There was a big incident last night. Deputy Gang Leader Meng Wei led a rebellion, but it was discovered early by the Gang Leader and others, and was suppressed immediately. These four elders were planning to rebel along with Deputy Gang Leader Meng Wei."
"No way, how could Deputy Gang Leader Meng Wei betray us? The Iron Heart Gang owes much of its success today to Meng Wei leading the charge everywhere. Could the Gang Leader have gotten it wrong?"
"I'm not really sure either; I just heard it from others when I arrived."
