"Wandering God's sedan chair? No way am I sitting there..."
Ansheng repeatedly shook his head to refuse. During the Wandering God event, the sedan chair is reserved for the Main God. The parade, in essence, is about inviting the ancestral deities to survey the prosperity of their descendants.
During this time, tourists and villagers can reach out to touch the various Divine Generals, absorbing some good fortune and blessings.
The pace of the Wandering God is quite slow, not like the previous deity welcoming event's sedan chair drifting and racing, ancestor clashes.
At such a pace, Ansheng worried that his urinary catheter fur might be plucked by tourists who can't resist touching.
Of course.
Ansheng isn't a stingy fox; he just thinks that tourists who can't resist might take his fur home and suddenly realize they can't beat a single strand, which would be quite embarrassing.
