Oh, right, she had forgotten about Sebatide Hughes.
Blame it on that guy being confined in the "Cage" plane for too long; his patience had increased significantly, causing hardly any trouble all night, and thus his presence had drastically diminished.
However, that was about to end.
Sebatide Hughes adjusted his stance, his tail flexibly hooked to the chandelier, while his hands pressed on the edge of the bathtub. Steam rose, making his eyes grow even deeper and darker red.
"Are you almost done?"
He said, "Stop messing in the water, the scent is all diluted."
Rocky abruptly leaned down, tightly shielding Roy, his left hand releasing a close-range magic attack. A blinding white light shot straight towards Sebatide Hughes's throat, only to be blocked by the pliant, black bat wings. Bits of sparks scratched the edge bone spikes, slightly splashing onto the Devil's pale cheek.
A subtle red mark seeped below Sebatide Hughes's left eye at the cheekbone.
