After closing his eyes and recalling, Herbert felt more images in his heart and saw a scenery he had never seen before.
The memories in his mind also took a different form.
In the Frost Crystal Royal City, the faces he had seen in the slums and civilian districts, the pairs of eyes... all showed subtle changes.
In the past, Herbert only saw the decay and corruption of the upper class of the Frost Crystal Kingdom, their lavish lifestyles.
He realized that if left unchecked, the Kingdom would inevitably be devoured by them.
