"What a pity." Mrs. Sharp spoke frankly, "If only you could be my daughter-in-law."
Charles Sharp chimed in, "Mom, Lucy must feel embarrassed."
"So why haven't you brought home a girlfriend like her for me?"
Charles Sharp: "..."
He stared straight ahead, feeling unsettled. When did she get married?!
Upon arriving at the Sharp Clan's residence, Mrs. Sharp arranged the kitchen and then returned to her room to change clothes.
Charles Sharp and Lucy Eaton were sitting in the living room.
"When did you... get married? Why haven't I heard about it?"
"Picked up the marriage certificate on March 6th, but haven't held the wedding yet."
"What kind of man is he?"
Lucy Eaton held her teacup and said, "A very outstanding man."
"I want to meet him," he said.
"Why?"
"To assess if he's reliable or not."
"If he's unreliable, I'll dump him."
Charles Sharp chuckled, "That's an option."
