Ji Xizhi responded to the staff and then remained silent.
She glanced at the door that hadn't been opened and pushed it back a bit.
According to the show rules, if you can't find it, you can't leave, so the decision is in her hands. She hasn't found anything and definitely can't leave, so Ji Xizhi quickly decided. Since there's no rush to leave, she might as well finish reading the case before thinking about it.
Ji Xizhi's gaze returned to the book, and the office fell back into silence.
The staff outside waited for a while but didn't hear the sound of Ji Xizhi rummaging through things. He was puzzled for a moment, but ultimately the staff of the program couldn't intervene too much in the guests' actions. Sending Ji Xizhi the computer was something planned ahead.
The staff thought maybe Ji Xizhi was searching quite elegantly; flying guests behaving this way is normal, as they're always cautious.
The staff completed the notification task and left the front of the office.
