The structure had a sleek modern design.
Wide terraces carved into the upper floors.
Massive digital displays wrapping around the lower levels.
At the top of the tower a circular observation floor extended outward like a crown, surrounded by glass walls that overlooked the entire coastline.
From the harbor side, ships and yachts looked like toys beneath the massive structure.
