Chapter 1 - Prologue.

WTF! Are you cheating?"

Tamiel slammed his controller down, eyes wide in disbelief.

"That's it, Absolute Domain: Void Creation. DIEEEE!"

"Damn, bro!" Miles laughed, his fingers flying over the buttons. "Why'd you hack the damn game?! You bastard though I'll admit, that was kinda epic."

But before Tamiel could respond an alarm rang into thier ears.

RINNNNNNNNG! RINNNNNNNNG! RINNNNNNNNG!

The two boys stared at each other.

"Oh shit Miles, we're gonna be late!"

"Oh my God, I haven't even taken a bath! What do we do, T? What the hell do we do?!"

Tamiel was already half-dressed, one sock on and a jacket barely hanging off his shoulder.

"Screw it, I'm dressing up right now I don't care if I stink or not!"

"Wait for me, man!"

They scrambled in Panic. Chaos. One tripping over the other. Clothes flung everywhere. But somehow, against all odds, they made it to the door.

"We are so screwed," Miles muttered, breathless. "Like hell-level screwed."

"Let's just GO!"

They burst out of their apartment, racing for the elevator like it was their only shot at salvation.

"Come on! COME ON!" Tamiel shouted, slamming the button.

Finally, they burst out of the building's front doors, panting. But something stopped them cold.

Why… was it dark?

It was supposed to be morning, bright, warm, noisy. But instead, the world looked like it was holding its breath.

People were gathered on the sidewalk, all staring upward. Phone torches lit the gloom like fireflies.

Tamiel felt the hairs on his arms rise. "What the hell is going on…?"

Then they saw it a bright light. High above in the sky a small glowing dot, moving slowly, gracefully… like a comet gliding across the heavens.

It was beautiful At first. But then it started growing. Faster, Brighter, more ominous.

"Oh shit Miles, we need to run. Now!"

Miles didn't hesitate. He didn't look back. He just ran.

They bolted down the street, weaving past cars, past frozen crowds, past people too stunned to move.

And then the light hitted the ground.

BOOOOOOM.

The explosion was monstrous. The light engulfed the skyline. As Skyscrapers folded like paper. Concrete peeled away like bark from a tree.

Los Angeles was gone in a blink of an eye. Several lights was seen shattering different parts of the world as people died and ran frequently.

Tamiel felt his body lift into the air blasted off the ground by the shockwave. He didn't know where he was going, only that the wind screamed in his ears and fire danced behind his closed eyelids.

He crashed Hard into the forest Branches snapped. As his bones cracked.

His body hit the forest floor like a meteor, rolling, skidding, coming to rest in a heap of bruised flesh and splintered wood.

A pained gasp escaped his lips, and blood splattered onto the ground.

"Urgh"

He coughed violently, tasting copper.

From somewhere distant, he heard the splash of water.

Miles…? He thought but no one answered him. Only silence and then he could hear footsteps coming his way

his first thought was was miles.

Tamiel, barely able to move, tilted his head. Through blurred vision, he saw a figure approaching him.

Tall, Graceful, Unreal this ain't miles he thought heck it's not even a human.

Its body glowed faintly, like moonlight through a stained-glass window. Flowing silver-white hair danced with the breeze. Enormous black wings curled behind its back, feathers humming with power.

But it was the eyes that truly made him freeze. It was crimson, piercing, and unforgiving.

The being smiled. A cruel, divine grin.

Tamiel tried to speak but no words could escape his lips.

The figure crouched over him, and with a casual flick of its arm...

SHUNK.

Its clawed hand pierced his chest.

Tamiel's eyes went wide, his breath stolen, as he felt the fingers wrap around his heart tightening.

His vision dimmed, as the pain faded into numbness.

And just before everything turned black.

He saw a glow, a strange, glowing screen hovering before him:

[Your fate has been broken.]

[This world can no longer contain your soul.]

[The apocalypse has begun… and a player has fallen.]

[Initiating planetary transfer...]

[Searching for a suitable world...]

[Match found.]

[Transferring soul...]

[Good luck lucky brat don't die before you awaken in your new home for you have used up this planet's free unlucky soul transportation on your self so make this planet proud]

Then everything vanished so was his consciousness.

The voice faded.

The screen dissolved.

And Tamiel's body went cold.

He was gone.

But far across the stars million light-years away

A new world waited.
