I listened as Dylan voiced out his disappointment and disagreement over my marriage proposal between him and Declan, and the daughters of Alpha Xavier of BloodMoon pack.
He would come around, I kept telling myself while Declan remained quiet. He always came around, and now wouldn't be different. As for Declan, his silence greatly bothered me. It was unlike him to be quiet when an instruction that doesn't quite sit well with him was given, and this seemed to be different.
In fact, both of my sons were acting differently from their usual selves, and to say that I was not surprised would be untrue.
Strangely, I found hope in Declan's silence, and held on to it. Hope that he found one of the ladies attractive enough, and fit for marriage. Hope that he will convince Dylan to see reasons with me, and marry one of the girls.
