Aside from Xu Jiujiu, most of Lin Qinghan's women could ignore his political role. But Zhang Lexuan couldn't. As head of the Sea God Pavilion, her status was too sensitive—she needed to understand Lin Qinghan's position clearly.
If Lin Qinghan truly intended to conquer all of Douluo Continent, she would need to resign from her position in advance.

Lin Qinghan touched her lips lightly with his fingertips, gesturing for her to hold off on the questions for now.

Zhang Lexuan noticed the seriousness in Lin Qinghan's tone and didn't press further. She led him to the core chamber of the Sea God Pavilion, as requested.
> "You go out first. No matter what you hear, don't come back in."

Lin Qinghan only muttered the second half of that sentence internally and didn't say it aloud to Zhang Lexuan.
She left quickly. Lin Qinghan then released his divine consciousness, covering the entire Golden Ancient Tree.
