Yooha tossed in bed, sweat sliding down her temple.
She was dreaming again.
But not the usual ones.
This time... the dream spoke back.
> "Do you remember why you fear mirrors?"
The wind howled through a temple—
Her younger self stood in white robes, soaked in blood.
Twelve monks knelt before her, faces twisted in pain.
Her hands glowed gold and black. Her mouth whispered something…
> "I'm sorry."
Then silence.
A blade floated in the air—
Silent Veil—but it was crying.
And in its reflection, she saw herself—
but with glowing golden eyes and a cruel smile.

Elsewhere – Academy Rooftop
Jin stood with Bo Lang, watching stars.
> "Something feels wrong," Jin whispered.
Bo Lang nodded.
> "Your dumb heart's probably talking again."
> "No, I think… I think Yooha's not who she thinks she is."
Just then—
A shadow landed behind them.
Xie Luan.
> "She isn't," he said simply.
"And you're late, Jin Hoshin. You should've found her... long ago."
Flashback Glitch – Yooha's Dream
A boy with silver hair, laughing.
"You'll protect the world, Yooha. Promise?"
She blinked—he looked like Jin.
But… not him.
Was that… the real Jin?
Or someone else?
Morning – Class Courtyard
Yooha didn't speak. Her blade felt heavier.
Jin approached, serious for once.
> "Hey… if you ever feel like something's chasing you—"
"I'll punch it in the face."
She blinked.
Then smiled—
Just a little.
End Scene – Somewhere Underground
A voice spoke through a crystal:
> "The blade is stirring."
"Subject 37… is cracking."
Another voice, gentler, almost fond:
A metal chamber opened.
Inside, a boy with golden veins opened his eyes.
