"What manner of game is this? I respawn only to be slaughtered again!"


"Possessed without so much as a twitch! Utterly tedious!"


"Trash" – the final verdict, scrawled across countless forums before the game vanished from all app stores. The public, unconcerned, attributed its disappearance to the publisher's decision.


Yet, one tenacious individual, refusing to abandon this digital refuse, retained the game on their device. To their astonishment, it remained functional. Years bled into decades; sixteen years, to be precise, passed unnoticed as they continued to play. The player, oblivious to any anomaly, concealed their discovery, even as others who had likewise kept the application found it inexplicably gone. Their situation became shrouded in an unsettling mystery.
