At home, Niels sat alone in his study.
The house was quiet now.
The noise of the party had faded hours ago, but sleep still hadn't come.
A small desk lamp lit the room, casting soft light over scattered notes and open scouting reports.
Crawley had just made it to the Europa League Round of 16.
It was historic.
But Niels wasn't celebrating right now.
He leaned back in his chair, staring at the papers in front of him.
Opponent breakdowns, tactical plans, travel schedules, it was all there, already waiting.
The win had been incredible.
The players had earned it.

"The board wants to meet first thing tomorrow."
