Chapter 3 - "THE DESTINY"

The sun had barely risen over the horizon when Abdul Rehman returned from his journey, weary and worn. Little did he know that his life was about to take a dramatic turn, one that would shake him to his very core. As he settled into his humble abode, he couldn't shake off the feeling that something was amiss, that the winds of change were blowing fiercely towards him.

Meanwhile, Umm-e-Farwah's world was

crumbling around her like a house of cards. Her brother Hammad and cousin Abid lay gravely ill, their lives hanging in the balance like a thread about to snap. With no money for treatment, she had been going door-to-door, begging for help, her eyes pleading with each person she met. But every door she knocked on seemed to slam shut in her face, like a cruel fate mocking her desperation.

Sufiyan Ibn Ammar, a man with a heart of stone, refused to lend her a helping hand, his voice dripping with venom. You wretched creatures deserve no pity,; he sneered, his words cutting deep into Umm-e-Farwah's soul. ;You'll get nothing from me. You're thieves, and thieves deserve punishment, not charity.

Umm-e-Farwah's eyes welled up with tears as she walked away, her heart heavy with despair, feeling like she was drowning in a sea of hopelessness.

But she refused to give up. She continued her search for help, knocking on door after door, until she reached Abdul Rehman's house. Abdul Rehman, still reeling from his own struggles, refused to help her at first, his voice cold and unforgiving. I barely have enough dinars to pay my own rent, he said, his words laced with anger. ;If I don't pay, my aunt Khawla will throw me out on the streets. I won't help you. You're thieves, and I won't enable you.

But fate had other plans. As Abdul Rehman lay in bed that night, he couldn't shake off the image of Umm-e-Farwah's desperate eyes, like a ghost haunting his every waking moment. He remembered the mysterious box his father had left him, and a strange feeling compelled him to use it to find a way to help her. The box led him to Umm-e-Farwah's house, where he offered to lend her dinars for treatment, but at a steep price: she would have to repay him within two days or become a servant in his household.

Umm-e-Farwah agreed, desperate to save her brother and cousin, her eyes filled with a mix of gratitude and fear. As the days passed, Abdul Rehman struggled to make ends meet, while Umm-e-Farwah nursed her brother and cousin back to health, her love and care pouring out like a balm to their wounded bodies. But despite the challenges, Abdul Rehman's heart began to soften, like ice melting under the warmth of the sun. He saw the desperation in Umm-e-Farwah's eyes give way to gratitude, and he knew he had made the right decision.

When Hammad and Abid recovered, Abdul Rehman went to Umm-e-Farwah's house, emotional and concerned, his heart overflowing with kindness. He saw her struggling to care for her family and decided to help her, even going to his friend Qasim for more dinars. As Abdul Rehman provided for Umm-e-Farwah's family, feeding them and giving her dinars for their needs, he felt a sense of responsibility towards her and her family, like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders.

He asked her to promise not to steal again and to rely on him for help, his voice filled with a newfound sense of purpose. Umm-e-Farwah promised, her eyes shining with tears of gratitude, and Abdul Rehman knew that he had found a new purpose in life. The story of Abdul Rehman and Umm-e-Farwah is a testament to the power of kindness and compassion, a reminder that even in the darkest of times, there is always hope, and that one person can make a profound difference in another's life.

As Abdul Rehman looked into Umm-e-Farwah's eyes, he saw a glimmer of hope, a spark of gratitude that warmed his heart. He knew that he had done something right, something that would change the course of their lives forever. And so, their journey began, a journey of kindness, compassion, and responsibility, a journey that would take them to places they never thought they would go, and teach them lessons they never thought they would learn
