Chapter 4 - Chapter 3 Stiles Stilinski

"No way... you can't be serious," Hailey said with surprise and shock, staring at one of her best friends, Lydia Martin.

"It was so creepy," Lydia sighed.

Hailey hummed in understanding of her friend's current situation.

"Honestly, I never liked Jackson, he always seemed like he was doing too much. Dylan is much better," Hailey said with a smile.

"Oh yeah, Dylan is good—kind of an airhead though," Lydia pointed out, causing Hailey to chuckle.

"Maybe that's what makes him even more charming," Hailey replied with a smirk, causing Lydia to smile a little.

"Hey, is that your brother?" Lydia suddenly caught sight of Liam glancing at her.

"Yeah, he is Liam," Hailey said, not thinking too much, still lost in her world with Dylan.

"He is kinda cute," Lydia murmured under her breath, just quiet enough to not be heard by the distracted Hailey.

Liam was just walking around the campus, re-familiarizing himself with it.

He had memories of this place, belonging to Liam Dunphy, but he himself had never walked these halls.

As he was walking around, he suddenly caught sight of Lydia walking alone.

He didn't pay too much attention to her, however, and kept walking.

As he passed by her, she glanced at him for a second before Liam passed her.

Liam did not have any interest in interacting with her just yet—at least not before he figured out whether this was Teen Wolf, or if she was an extra in Modern Family he had missed.

As he was walking, he heard someone shout Lydia's name. Liam glanced backward to see who it was, and his eyes landed on Jackson.

There was a moment of stillness and silence.

"Fuck," Liam murmured under his breath before he turned his head and continued walking.

This was some kind of mixed and mashed world of Teen Wolf and Modern Family.

"Maybe this really is my brain making stuff up," Liam thought to himself.

"I should be fine. I know the Teen Wolf plot—granted, I watched it a long time ago so some things are a little hazy."

Hailey was clearly friends with Lydia. What if Hailey gets attacked? he thought suddenly.

Walking the halls, it seemed way emptier. As he walked, he glanced at the clock on the wall and realized it was time to head to his class.

Speeding up, he moved toward his locker. Liam turned a corner too fast and collided shoulder-first with someone carrying a backpack stuffed to the brim.

"Whoa! Watch where—" the kid snapped, then blinked. "Wait, no, I mean—ow! That was my spleen, I think." He shouted in pain, the exaggeration almost dripping from his tone.

Liam rubbed his shoulder. "My bad... I didn't see you there," Liam said, as he didn't really seem to register the exaggeration. He was too preoccupied with the fact that he had just coincidentally bumped into Stiles.

Stiles squinted at him with suspicion. "You trying to assassinate me or something? Because I'd at least like a name before I die."

Liam smirked a little. "I'm Liam Dunphy," he said.

"Stiles Stilinski. Local conspiracy theorist and part-time hallway crash dummy."

Liam heard that and chuckled a little, which visibly relaxed Stiles.

"You new?" Stiles asked, looking at Liam.

"No, I've been going here forever," Liam said as he began walking toward his locker.

"Really? Weird how I've never seen you before. Any siblings?"

"Yeah, I got a few. A twin sister—namely Hailey—" Before he could continue, he was interrupted.

"Woah! You mean your sister is Hailey Dunphy? No wonder that last name sounded familiar," Stiles said with realization, before an evil glint appeared in his eyes.

With a smirk, he swung his arm around Liam's neck.

"I think we're gonna be really good friends," Stiles said.

"Huh?" Liam asked, confused, but deep down, Liam knew exactly what Stiles's motivation was.

"So how about you ask your sister to introduce me to Lydia? You know, 'cause friends help each other out, right?" Stiles shamelessly said with a laugh.

"I knew it," Liam thought with a smile.

"Maybe one day, buddy," Liam said with a smirk as he finally arrived at his locker.

Opening it up, Liam put his bag in and took out the books required for his first class.

"How coincidental," Liam heard Stiles say from behind him.

"We're locker neighbors," Stiles said as he opened a locker right next to Liam.

"What a coincidence," Liam said with a smile.

"Well, I must be heading to class," Liam said as he pointed at the clock on the wall not too far away.

Stiles glanced over at the clock, and his eyes widened.

"Oh no! I've got to go!" Stiles said, Throwing his bag into the locker, he quickly grabbed the book he needed, shut his locker, and sprinted away.

"Let's meet at the end of the day!" he shouted as he sprinted away.

Liam quietly shut his own locker and hurried toward his class.

Time passed by as Liam attended his classes. He didn't have any encounters with the cast of Teen Wolf, and the classes were extremely easy for him since he had already gone through the struggles once, so he was just bored for the most part.

Time ticked away, and finally, the classes ended. He headed toward the open field where the students waited for parental pickup.

On the way there, Liam looked around trying to find Stiles but had no luck. Time ticked away, and in the end, he just decided to meet Stiles later.

Liam arrived at the pickup location where Claire would come get them and met up with the rest of his siblings who had also arrived and were waiting.

"Hey Alex, how was the quiz?" Liam asked as he approached Alex, Luke, and Hailey, who were just quietly standing there waiting.

Hailey was busy on her flip phone while Luke was just standing there with a frown.

"I'm definitely getting higher marks than Sanjay, I'm sure," Alex turned toward Liam and replied, feeling extremely confident in herself—even a little smug about it.

"That's awesome," Liam said with a smile. He wanted to ask Luke why he was frowning, but his eyes caught sight of Manny who was standing a little distance away.

Alone but completely unbothered by it, looking full of confidence, but Liam noticed Manny occasionally sending a glance toward them, which piqued his curiosity and desire to meet Manny.

In the show, Manny was, after all, one of Liam's favorite characters, especially young Manny.
