The woman standing before him was nothing like the Sylvia Byrne he remembered. Not only had her appearance become more refined, but her entire demeanor had undergone a dramatic transformation. What he didn't know was that while the body was still Sylvia's, the soul inside was now Crystal Foster's.
Crystal had already absorbed all of Sylvia's memories. After a quick mental review, she found the memories related to this man.

Hearing this, the man became anxious. "Sylvia Byrne, how can you say that? We had something special once. Now that you've married into wealth and become a lady of high society, you're just going to turn your back on me?"
"Turn my back on you? Ha!" Crystal chuckled softly. "I never knew you in the first place, so how could I turn my back on you?"
