Monk had been lying on the floor for a long time. He was the least occupied member of the group, so he replaced Yourong Dainan and explained the Face of Terror's second and third abilities—Soul Enslavement and Shadow of Terror—to Ling Yan and Mu Yuan.
When Soul Enslavement is unleashed, the Face of Terror captures a player and drags them into the Void Realm, affectionately known among players as the Little Dark Room.
This Void Dark Room is a separate dimension from the Sacred Palace where the boss resides, containing only the captured player.
This player is then plunged into endless terror.
Immediately afterwards, the Face of Terror uses the Shadow of Terror ability on this player.
Under the control of the Shadow of Terror, the player dragged into the Little Dark Room faces the shadows of the other three players. The player must defeat the shadows of the other team members one by one to safely escape the Little Dark Room and return to normal.
