Elias rubbed the mark. At first, he thought it was just a reflection of light, but he was surprised when the mark started to glow occasionally.
Gilbert immediately rushed over, startled by Elias' words. He stood there in shock, just like Elias.
"I'll call the doctor," Gilbert said right away.
Adrien shook his head. "No, Gilbert. There's nothing they can do."
Elias looked at Adrien. "Do you know what this mark is, Your Majesty?"
Adrien shook his head. "I don't know. But I've felt a sharp pain in my chest since this afternoon. I'm sure this is a sign of magic. Whoever did this, they want me dead."
Elias looked at Adrien with a troubled gaze. He touched the mark again.
