Chapter 4 - Chapter Four Training Results

Chapter Four Training Results

Early in the morning, Naruto put on his traditional clothes, an orange jacket, and black glasses, and headed towards the academy.

Once, he quickly walked through the streets and arrived at the academy. He walked forward and sat down in the empty classroom. Naruto remembered the words his brother had said to him.

Gin: Listen, Naruto, the best way to make people respect you is to be on time.

Naruto had been training with his brother Gin for two weeks. At first, he thought it would be a rigorous training, just like his brother Gin had said.

Gin began asking Naruto to run around the training ground. Gin took Naruto to a training ground he frequented, which was deserted due to its distance from the rest of the training grounds in the village. Gin, who didn't have a team, didn't have a place of his own like a ninja with a team, so he had to find one. Gin led him there after choosing to train him.

At first, Gin wanted to test Naruto's physical abilities by making him run.

For two solid hours, Gin made Naruto run around the training ground. The training ground was no less than 500 meters in area, and the seven-year-old Naruto managed to run for two hours.

Gin, who saw Naruto's movement as he ran, was certain that Naruto hadn't used his full power yet. After this training, Naruto paused for a moment and then looked at Gin again with a kind look.

Gin felt like he was training his little brother, but he quickly remembered his goal and continued, "To me, Naruto."

To do 100 pushups, Naruto initially didn't know what pushups were, but after Gin taught him how to do them, he began doing them. Gin observed Naruto's pushup technique. At first, he performed them incorrectly, but thanks to Gin's constant corrections, Naruto was able to do them correctly.

In ten minutes, Naruto managed to do 100 push-ups, and he didn't look tired. Gin opened his mouth at first, but he quickly closed it. He didn't want Naruto to see how surprised he was by his actions.

It continued like this and after the first day of training was over, Gin truly knew that Naruto's physical talent was beyond anything Gin possessed in terms of strength and stamina.

(The Uzumaki's body is truly something legendary.)

Jin felt intense envy for this talent and his immense stamina, but this feeling quickly dissipated as he finally realized and accepted that he was just a man who wanted to retire. Why would a person who wanted to retire want a body like that in the first place?

After he mocked loudly in his mind

Training continued in this manner. Naruto trained physically. At first, Naruto didn't notice any change. He simply ran and did push-ups constantly, practicing physical techniques such as lifting simple weights while running.

-Iruka in the Ninja Academy-

After two weeks of training at the Ninja Academy, Master Iruka looked at his students with a smile. Iruka wasn't a fan of fighting, so he joined after becoming a chunin to become a teacher.

He loved teaching others and inspiring others and that was something he was always committed to, and he believed that making him feel like he could improve things was something his parents would be proud of because he thought that way.

Iruka pulled out a large stack of files, and in one of them he read the name that had changed from being last in the class for only two weeks to one of the top ten students in this academy, a name he didn't want to care about.

He knew it was very bad for a teacher not to care about his student, especially if that student was as young as Naruto, but he couldn't remove this selfishness rooted in his heart.

Name: Naruto Uzumaki

Orphan status

9th place

efficiency

He displayed superior physical talent. He excelled in close combat and possessed tremendous fighting potential. He was physically superior to most of the students.

[Weakness: He doesn't have full concentration in class. Most of his abilities are limited to physical skills. Naruto's academic level is very low, but also average. He has no skill with weapons.]

Iruka reviewed the files of the students whose profiles he had written. All the files were sent to the Hokage on a weekly basis.

A mission assigned to the teachers to identify the Hokage's top performers at the academy. Naruto Uzumaki's skills were enough to prompt Iruka to send his file to the Hokage.

Iruka didn't expect such a big change in Naruto and was really wondering why at the beginning of the academy Naruto was so focused on playing pranks but three months ago he started to stop playing pranks not only that but also became more focused on fighting in a big way

He even seemed capable of fighting members of Konoha's noble clans, something Iruka, who was also an orphan and an average person, had never expected Naruto, who was in such a miserable state three months ago, to be able to accomplish.

Events began that completely shocked Iruka. Two weeks earlier, Naruto had defeated Kiba of the Inuzuka clan and fought Choji Ikimichi on equal footing. He was even close to Sasuke Uchiha, who was superior to him in class.

He didn't care about his academic achievement, especially at a military school like the Ninja Academy, which focused heavily on combat concepts. Anyone could learn to read, write, and understand things, and would grow smarter as they grew older.

But fighting talents are different. They are something you are born with and grow with you. The sooner you develop them, the greater your fighting talent. For a ninja, this was their most important asset.

Iruka sighed loudly.

-The Third Hokage-

The Third Hokage returned the files Iruka had sent him after reviewing them. He only knew one name.

That name left a bad taste in the Third Hokage's mouth.

"..Naruto..you seem to be getting better.."

The Third Hokage was more aware of Naruto's change than Iruka, because he knew the reason. He took out another file and began reading it.

-----

Name: Tendo Jin

Occupation: Konoha Ninja

rank of general

Completed tasks: 80 tasks of this rank

Active status

Status Description: [Orphaned since the Nine-Tails Incident. Father: Chunin, Mother: Civilian. Teaching Level: At the bottom of the academy's teaching ladder. He hasn't shown any talent since joining, in addition to being isolated from the other students.]

-----

The Hokage finished reading Gin's entire file, and he sensed that the young man dealing with Naruto was no ordinary person. He was an ANBU they had left to observe Naruto and report back to him on the training methods Gin had given him, and they were doing so in secret.

Of course, the Hokage didn't know that Gin knew he was being watched, but at the same time, he didn't know where the ANBU who were watching him were. The reason he knew was because he knew the Hokage was always watching Naruto.

So Gin who knew he wasn't interested in watching the ANBU first, wasn't doing anything wrong, he was just training Naruto and if the Hokage brought him in and ordered him to stay away from Naruto, he would oppose the order but he would definitely comply.

If the Hokage forced him to do so, and if he took him in, it could be good for Tendo's career. His strong connection with Naruto would make him easily influenced.

This means that the Hokage is now forced to protect Gine from any danger that might befall him, because if he is exposed to danger, it means that Naruto's psychological state might be damaged.

As for the Hokage, Gin was certain he wouldn't do anything foolish like that. Gin wouldn't do anything dangerous like try to manipulate Naruto or do things that would make Naruto hate the village. As long as Gin could treat Naruto like an older brother who taught and trained him, his relationship with the Third Hokage would automatically turn into a cooperative one without the Third Hokage even realizing it because he was his own instructor.

Of course, the Third Hokage didn't know all of this because he didn't know that the person who was Gin was just someone who had moved from another world to the ninja world, and thus he didn't know all of these things, so he simply assumed that Gin was only interested in helping us, Naruto.

Given that they were both orphans, this may have been why Gin sympathized with Naruto and formed a relationship with him. He may have been uninterested in Naruto's relationship with the villagers, as Gin himself had no interest in forming relationships with them.

After studying his file at the academy as well as the test he took with the Jonin teacher, the Third Hokage came to the conclusion:

Gin is very sympathetic to Naruto's experiences, their similar circumstances, and Gin's distance from the rest of the villagers and lack of concern for public opinion is what caused Gin to become close to Naruto and reach the current situation.

"..Kakashi what do you think about this..."

The Hokage said that calmly, but suddenly, out of nowhere, a man wearing a dog mask emerged from the darkness, kneeling before the Third Hokage and saying in a confused voice:

"..Sir, I've been observing him and he doesn't seem to be saying anything negative about the village to Naruto.."

Kakashi, who was tasked with protecting Naruto, was uneasy at that moment. He had been watching Naruto since the first day he met Gin, the day Kakashi had also met Gin.
