Chapter 17 - CHAPTER 16: The Final Part 2: The Last Dance

The ocean wind howls. From the fog emerges a unified storm – Spiral Army and the HUNTERS. Their boots thunder on the blood-soaked shore.

Spiral Army (shouting in unison): "Kill or Die!"

On the castle wall, Grok hears it. He turns to his commanders, eyes narrowing. All rushed to the window.

Grok (to his men): "What is this madness…?"

One of his commander muttered, "Impossible. He brought the Spiral Island army here?"

He steps outside. And there he sees it:

Hundreds of Spiral soldiers, armored and disciplined, line up. Banners rise. Ships wait in silence. The HUNTERS, now fully suited, walk in front. Siddik leads them.

A pause. Eye to eye.

Grok (smilingly coldly):

"Heh. Prepare the beasts. Release everything – abnormals, alphas, titans. Let them drown in their own ambition… Let Hell answer their call. I want this to be a bloodbath."

Monsters of all shapes flood the island.

Siddik speaks to his team, voice deep, laced with darkness.

Siddik:

"We were children when this war began. We lost families, cities… ourselves."

"But this time… we are the storm."

All the Spiral army shouted, "For Spiral. For Siddik."

Siddik:

"He wanted me as a villain. Let him meet death instead."

He unlocks a matte black box. Inside: a brutal dark saber. A second-gen tactical gauntlet, humming with violent energy. He wore the gauntlet, and then ignited the saber with a hum that cut through the wind. The HUNTERS and Spiral army stared in awe. For the first time, they didn't see a hero. They saw a legend. A monster built for war.

"FOR SPIRAL!" Siddik shouted.

"FOR SPIRAL!" they responded.

Fakhrul (low):

"This isn't the Siddik we knew…"

Rasel:

"No. This is war."

Zara (whispering):

"He looks like a ghost dressed for vengeance."

Hridoy (to Tayeb):

"He looks like a villain out of a nightmare."

Tayeb (firmly):

"No. He's the answer to one."

Siddik (to all):

"No mercy. No retreat. Today, the nightmare ends."

War erupts. Total chaos.

Spiral army crushes into waves of zombies, tearing them apart. HUNTERS face Grok's mutant commanders in savage duels. Siddik moves like a shadow storm, slicing, tearing, and destroying. No mercy. No hesitation. He reaches the castle – his target in sight. On the second floor, Grok waiting with his mass blade drawn.

Siddik meets Grok, in black armor, face half-burnt, sitting in his big throne. Seeing Siddik, he gets up and wearing his helmet,

"You came alone?"

Siddik:

"No. Your death has come with me."

Grok (smilingly):

"You always wanted to be stronger than me. Tonight, you die trying."

Siddik (raising saber):

"No. Tonight, I break your legacy. Everything you built, you dreamed."

Grok (raising his blades):

"Then fight me."

THE DUEL BEGINS.

Metal slams. Sparks rain. Walls shatter. Grok is faster. Stronger. He slams Siddik through a column. Siddik fell to the ground.

Grok (laughs):

"So much for the Spiral King. In my lifetime, I created many creations. But you were my finest. I trained you. Raised you. And now you challenge me? I am so disappointed."

Siddik gets up.

"You built your killer, your end with your own hands."

They again clashed. Grok's massive blade met Siddik's saber. The duel was fierce. Grok's strength was monstrous. He bashed Siddik into pillars, smashed him through walls, struck him to the floor.

Grok (mockingly raising his blade):

"Any last wish, my respected King?"

Siddik looked up. Through the broken ceiling, he saw his army being pushed back. He clenched his fist, triggered his gauntlet, and blasted Grok off his feet.

Siddik commanding to his AI assistant,

"Now."

From the skies, hundreds of Spiral drones descended. They rained hellfire upon the zombie hordes. Explosions lit up the battlefield. Everyone got astonished.

Siddik stood. His voice deepened.

"You think I didn't learn your tricks? Your tech? I was your student. But I became the King of Spiral Island."

He charged. This time, Grok couldn't match him. Siddik overwhelmed him with speed, precision, and power. He disarmed him. Grok fell.

"Do it," Grok gasped. "Kill me."

"No," Siddik said. "You don't deserve that honor. Look Elian, look at the things you have built. You forgot one thing. I am a born warrior, and you strengthen me with you knowledge. Your techs made me unstoppable. You didn't just make me a genius, also a monster, a nightmare. You have my respect, Elian."

The battlefield fell silent. The last zombie burned in the distance. The Spiral army raised their weapons in victory. The HUNTERS stood on the ashes of war. They retreat, with the rest of the army and HUNTERS, also Elian Grovius.

Back on Spiral Island, citizens and soldiers gather. Siddik stood onto the podium, bruised, armored, before a gathering of thousands.

"We weren't born as saviors. We became what the world needed. And now… we decide what it becomes. The invasion is over. We again rebuild ourselves. Together."

He turned to the HUNTERS.

"Thank you," he said. "All of you."

Fakhrul approached. "What now?"

Siddik smiled faintly. "You're the leader. You tell me."

Applause echoes.

Siddik:

"Zara's waiting. Go to her. I talked to her. Everything is under control. And yes, if I call you ever, pick it at once. Until then, I'll guard this place."

Fakhrul:

"Keep Nafisa here, safe. She deserves peace and also you."

Siddik nodded, "Done, Sir."

Hridoy:

"I think it's time I go my own way…"

Siddik (firm):

"No. I still need you. Stay."

Hridoy agrees. Siddik turns to Rafi and orders to heal Tayeb.

Rasel is named General of Spiral Forces. Rafi begins working to heal Tayeb. Nafisa remains safe, respected. Rafiq becomes Siddik's right hand, his assistant.

Into the special prison cell, Grok sits, chained inside a red-lit mirrored cell, beaten and smirking.

Grok:

"You didn't win, Siddik. I have men outside. Hundreds. Ready to burn the world."

Siddik (calmly):

"Don't overthink, Elian…"

(pauses, steps closer)

"I know how to deal with them."

He leaves. The heavy vault door seals behind him.

At night, in Siddik's private chamber. Siddik and Rafiq working with some maps and reports. Siddik stares at a wall of new plans. Red dots blink on a digital map – threats rising across the globe.

Siddik gives a list to Rafiq and says, "They have to be under our surveillance."

Siddik (to Rafiq):

"If the world dares to bleed again, I'll bleed it first."

 HUNTERS and Grok will return.
