Chapter 3 - What I Desire

There are a lot of things I desire. It's normal to have many desires—not just for me, but for everyone. Every human has desire. They all want something. No—we all want something. And our desire is basically endless. Once a desire is fulfilled, another immediately takes its place.

In this chapter, I'll talk about my desires. Among the countless ones I've accumulated, I'll share just a few.

Ruling the Entire South Asian Subcontinent

It sounds ridiculous—but who cares? It's my desire. If I ever gain the power to make it real, I will.

People might ask: "Where does this desire come from?" "What is its origin?"

The answer is simple: I'm a South Asian guy. Born and raised in Bangladesh.

As you may know, the entire South Asian subcontinent was once ruled by the British Empire for nearly two hundred years. The atrocities they committed are well-documented. Take, for instance, the Bengal Famine of 1943—a catastrophe that starved millions. Or consider how the once-thriving economy, which once made up 25% of global GDP, was driven into poverty.

The artisans who crafted mesmerizing works—nearly wiped out. Our world-renowned textile industry—destroyed. And let's not forget the $43 trillion Britain owes us, yet they still have the audacity to act like they've done us a favor.

They boast about the railways they built—but did they ever give us the time or resources to build our own? We had boats—better in design and durability than theirs. Who says we couldn't have created fast land vehicles ourselves? But how could we, when our ancestors had to struggle every day just to eat?

This is when it hit me: What if I ruled the entire subcontinent and brought back the glory we once had?

That was the moment my desire to rule was born.

Setting a New Ruling System

Democracy was never perfect. It has flaws. Once someone gets elected as Prime Minister or President, exploiting democracy isn't hard at all.

So, I thought of a better system. I call it:

Democratic Monarchy

In modern democracy, decision-making is painfully slow. Get his permission, then hers—it's chaos.

In my system, every citizen with a national identity card will have a Social Contribution Point (SCP) score. This score will reflect how much they've contributed to society—and it can change over time.

There will be aristocratic titles based on SCP levels:

1,000 SCP = Baron

3,000 SCP = Viscount

5,000 SCP = Earl

7,000 SCP = Marquess

10,000 SCP = Duke

Those who earn more than 10,000 SCP will be eligible for King candidacy. Yes—I've added aristocracy, but no bloodline inheritance. Even the child of a Duke must earn SCP themselves. No contribution? No title.

There will be only one ruler, which ensures swift and decisive governance. However, to prevent dictatorship:

A vote can remove the King.

A council of aristocrats will review all major decisions.

Aristocrats who stop contributing will lose their titles.

This system blends the strength of monarchy with the accountability of democracy.

Who Manages SCP?

To ensure fairness and transparency, SCP is monitored by the SCP Management Association.

This system includes:

Multiple Divisions: Each division monitors a specific type of media or data:

One for CCTV footage

One for newspapers

One for television news

One for social media and digital activity

And more…

Round-the-Clock Surveillance: These divisions work 24/7 to track societal contributions across all platforms.

SCP Investigation Center: If a person receives their score, this center first investigates the validity of their current points. Fraud, manipulation, or unfair deduction will be caught and corrected.

This structure ensures that the SCP system reflects actual, meaningful contributions, not illusions or media manipulation.

SCP Benefits andMotivation

The more SCP one has, the more benefits they will receive from the Kingdom. Even the lowest rank—Baron—receives something significant:

A 2-story house, fairly large, with zero mortgage required.

And that's just the beginning. The higher the rank, the greater the reward.

People will naturally strive to move beyond "Baron", not just for the title but for what it symbolizes—status, respect, and real-life benefits.

How to Earn SCP

To earn SCP, you must help society, the kingdom, or even a single person in a way that adds value.

A small act of kindness or helpfulness might earn you 1-10 SCP.

More impactful deeds—those requiring courage, sacrifice, or significant value—could earn you 50 SCP, or even more.

This means getting even to 1,000 SCP (Baron) is not easy. It reflects real work.It requires continuous effort and proof of usefulness to your people.

Importantly, the SCP Management Association determines how much SCP each act is worth, ensuring fairness and accountability.
