Bumblebee had gone through an really long way ever since he had been separated from the rest of his friends and had lost their signals, which meant he was running around on his own, trying to find out where was he exactly at. All he knew was that he was in a very large and dense forest that had trees twisting the pathway and their roots buried deep in the ground. "I need to find energon and eat before I can get out of here." Bumblebee mumbled to himself as he looked towards the side of the forest and detected signs of energon. "There we go, now let's get them." He continued and transported as he drove off. He arrived at the area a few minutes later and saw that there was a crate full of energon nearby. And as he was about to grab it, immediately he felt someone kick him from behind and he grabbed the crate as he went flying. He landed on his aft and saw who did it, Scrapper. It wasn't enough that they were particularly dealing with a seeker who probably wanted to end the world but now the Decepticons made things way harder. Bumblebee took out his gun and shot at him, although more hesitantly than Optimus or Jazz, since he wasn't just small and didn't have too much firepower but also because he was more willing for Scrapper to get knocked out. "I'll deal with you Autobot!" Bumblebee rolled his optics as he responded "I liked to see you try-" he paused as a shot grazed his own shoulder. These Decepticons are getting desperate...
Bumblebee hissed in pain and went back before Scrapper jumped up and hit him with something sharp which made him pass out. He heard voices and soon woke up in confusion. "What? Where am I?" And he saw that Alexa was nearby. "Alexa? What happened?" He got up as he gave his question and Alexa responded to him while making sure he wasn't too wounded, "You were knocked out when we finally found you and Optimus has been worrying for you all day." Bumblebee felt a headache come over him as Wheeljack came over and asked about what happened to him. "Ever since I got separated from my friends, I had to deal with Skywarp then ran off and Scrapper came and knocked me out." Bumblebee was sure that Scrapper did something to him or he wouldn't have just knocked him out. Optimus finally came over to him and assessed his condition as Optimus looked at Bumblebee and Alexa who were looking at each other. Even though Alexa and him had talked it out, he wasn't sure if Bumblebee knew. And that pained his own spark despite his stoic look. "You okay, my friend?" Optimus asked as Bumblebee felt a lot better now. "Yeah, my head is still a mess however." Bumblebee responded as his thoughts were all over the place. Hoist and Wheeljack assessed his condition before they heard something loud nearby them. And they all turned around seeing Megatron nearby saying "I'm tired of playing with you Autobots and Autobots allies! Now die!" Immediately he gave a very powerful blast from his fusion cannon which made Alexa fall backwards, Optimus managed to get hit but due to his durability had nearly got killed, Hoist and Wheeljack both dodged as Optimus managed to get up.
Optimus felt his own optics fade out for an moment before they came back but appeared light red and static sparks appeared in them for a moment as Starscream attempted to take control of the Autobot leader. With a speed like no other, Starscream threw Optimus prime's axe and Megatron who knew how to dodge things quickly now looked surprised as he went backwards. But what Megatron did not expect was the fact that the axe had hit his own chest but it wasn't that deep as he threw it out firmly. "Playing dirty tricks on me Starscream?" He mocked the seeker as Starscream smile decreased just for an moment. But his grin appeared as wide as ever and he gave a eerie chuckle. "Megatron.. We meet again!" The egoistical seeker said as Megatron had to choose the last resort ever. By unleashing nuclear energy! But Starscream have foreseen that Megatron may go to the extremes to defeat him and Optimus' optics flickered to blue for an moment and he blinked with his optics being wide as he saw the fusion cannon load up and point at him. But however, Starscream took control again and aimed Optimus' ion cannon which started to get mixed with an little bit of his supernova energy since it was too much for two bodies to handle, much less one. And all of a sudden, the Ion cannon gave a bright yellow light and shot across a far distance and hit Megatron with a striking fury. Megatron shot his own fusion cannon as large amounts of nuclear energy came from there and hit Optimus/Starscream who cried out in enragement. Starscream finally had enough and used a very small amount of supernova energy which is still an big amount as Starscream managed to finally defeat Megatron and didn't know he actually impacted his anti-matter use. But it was enough to drain him as he fell on his knee and let go off of Optimus who passed out.
Bumblebee rushed over to Optimus in a instance as he tried to wake him and Alexa saw the face of Megatron and he seemed to be thinking. He hated being defeated even it was for now and looked absolutely furious. Megatron soon decided to retreat even if he wanted to fight those Autobots because with Starscream defeating him for now, he was humiliated since he was supposed to be one of the strongest Cybertronians ever. Wheeljack was analysing the presence of supernova energy and it slowly took over. While Hoist assessed Optimus condition. There had been a lot of negative energy in the air and Alexa was wondering what had happened. "Can Starscream do that while inside of other people?" Bumblebee asked and Wheeljack came up with his own answer "I assume it's combined energies and Starscream is already powerful on his own." Which made sense. After a bit Optimus woke up feeling his body screaming at him as his optics opened and closed while they turned back to blue. He got up on his own pedes and his thoughts swirled with the disturbed thoughts. Mostly of the pain he felt when Starscream controlled him and vivid nightmares. He was a little shaken but he was determined not to give up. "Is everyone okay?" He asked his question. Alexa nodded, Wheeljack gave a thumps up and Hoist and Bumblebee both gave a 'yes.' That was a relief at least, he didn't need more causalities after what just happened.
"So where are we going now?" Bumblebee asked and everyone looked at each other as there was a long silence between them both. Starscream was not playing around for sure. And now they were stuck wondering how to handle him along with the fact they needed to handle the chemical. "We need to get to Shifter, he may have some answers." Optimus said as everyone felt reassured that they were not going to be in another dangerous location, for now. They soon trek back to the Ark, since the fatigue was felt from constantly transforming for the last 5 days and moving around. They arrived and Optimus used his card to open up the door as they all entered inside. The corridors were littered and damaged, a part of the ceiling fell down and it was incredibly dusty as well. Crumbled bits of the wall broke up into crumbs while the paint fell like dirty plastic. The metallic floors has cracks showing wiring and components. And they continued to move through the damaged areas where little to no teammates were found since most were presuming to fight or help others. Then they went to the main hall and saw Shifter there who was holding a datapad and noticed them. "Ah, my customers, it's been a while since I have seen any. What do you need?" He asked them with his head titled and Wheeljack gave the question "The key to the machine, the one for the fuel. Where is it?" Shifter pointed his hand to the corridor and seemed to be pointing to room 34. "It's in the file room." Which they thanked him and they left as Shifter's expression couldn't really told due to the goggles covering his face.
Alexa entered the room with Bumblebee as everyone else went to grab resources and stuff before they left. They turned on the lights and saw the scene. It was horrible to the point Bumblebee felt the energon wanting to come out of his body and Alexa covered her eyes. Human bodies were seen hanging while their neck were caught on the hooks and one Cybertronian was laying on the table with a cleaver stuck in the table and his leg cut into slices. The rest of him, you could guess what had happened. Severed limbs were in a tray and old teeth were seen in a jar and right wall had weapons while other places had different types of knives such as paring knives, boing knives, chef knives, cleavers, knives and stuff like scissors and sharpeners to sharpen knives were seen. Alexa smelt something rotten and immediately came across an arm that was showing out of the small wall that was blocking the rest of it. She saw that there was blood tubes, screws, a bloody screwdriver, a tooth and a syringe. She was about to see the scene but Bumblebee noticed it first. He immediately covered her eyes and began to pull away her. "What? Was it bad?" Alexa asked as Bumblebee's voice came out while being a bit shaky, "It's really bad." Which confirmed her thought that it was something she didn't want to see.
Immediately they had gone out of the room as Alexa said quietly "It was like being in a slaughterhouse." Bumblebee uncovered her eyes as he didn't feel well with what he saw, what depravity had made them decide to do that to a poor woman? That was the question he thought about as the thing he saw even for a few seconds burned into his mind. "Your right that basically looked like a cheap but very gruesome replication of one." And they went to the Autobots with their minds thoughtful about the deaths they all saw through the last two months.
