I don't know when all of it started was it then or even before that but i do know this much that I wanted none of this to happen
What I do know is all of it started because of my selfishness.I just couldn't accept dying that way without even fulfilling my promise to mom.My selfishness has caused many people to die and it is not like i don't feel any guilt over it but would me feeling guilty bring those people back to life.In the end it is useless what I have done and what I am going to do can't be undone .At this point regretting my actions won't really change the fact that I am goddamn awful person.If i really think about my journey probably started when I was 5 years old no it is even before that maybe it started when i was found on that rainy day by mom.Well there is no way for me to now exactly what happened at that time but according to what my mom and the other villagers used to say I was found in a pool of blood and I was covered in white robe which was red due to it being soaked in blood.According to the other villagers I was smiling and sleeping in peace when they found me and I had a pendant on me which had a name on it 'ryuma' .All the other villagers didnt want to take me in then my mom and dad decided to take me in .I suppose they probably take me in due to pity or maybe due to the fact that they didn't have any children.This might sound like complaining but don't get me wrong i am quite grateful to them if they hadn't taken me in I would have died there .
Anyway my mom and dad always treated as their son.They were the best parents anyone could ask for .Anyway they always told me to pursue what I wanted to.Well anyway when i was 5 year old my mom give birth to my little sister sera .And now you might think that my name is strange as compared to my sister and probably the entire village and you are right .According to my parents my real parents were from far away land which will explain my strange name .Anyway my mom's name is Seraphina and my dad's name is William.Well due to my strange name many kids my age tried to bully me .at first i didnt fight back because I didn't want to hurt anyone but at some point there is no need for that .yeah i remember that day when i decided to fight back I was able to easily beat them all I wondered why it took me so long to realise that they were too weak compared to me and after I beat them up they never tried to bully me again .I guess that was enough about that incident ( this incident took place when i was 4 years old)
Well I started going to school at 5 .It was a normal academy i suppose .According to the law It was necessary for us to go to a normal school for 5 years then to an magic academy for 5-6 years .This law was specifically introduced by the emperor at that time he wanted every kid to have equal opportunity to learn and devlop their talents But the quality of education varied from school to school and despite his efforts to ensure equal opportunities for every kid there were still discrimination.He did introduced laws to stop that but due to corrupt officials the laws were never properly implemented.But i didnt have to worry as my parents were quite rich.My father was a general in the emperor army and my mom was a housewife .according to everyone my father was the second strongest warrior in the land .I admired my dad a lot and I wanted to be just like him no that wouldnt be quite accurate as i wanted to be better than him
Since my father was a general I started training at a quite young age it was probably when i was 3 years old He taught me martial arts and how to use a sword.Now you might think this is quite hardcore my dad initially didn't wanted to train me from me such a young age but it was the fact that I was a genius and the fact that I was stronger then children 5 years older than me is what made him train me .i remembered that morning when i woke up early just to watch my father training and after that he was done training I picked up the wooden sword he was using and tried to imitate him. Well Anyway my dad was suprised to see what I had done and he asked me "how did i learned to do that?" To which i cluelessly replied" By watching you dad".My parents were quite suprised but i didnt understand why at that time.My mom was absolutely against my training at a young age but after some efforts my dad managed to convince her .My mom only agreed on one condition that only if i agreed to go through the training So my dad asked me that night "Do you want to learn how to use a sword?" To which i quickly and excitedly agreed .From as long as i remember I wanted to learn how to use a sword .I was really happy at that time .I remembered my dad saying to my mom " see what did i tell you i knew he would agree"and to which my mom replied" I am worried that he would not have a normal life ".To which my dad tried to comfort her by saying "rather than wanting a normal life we should want a happy life for our kid"and after finishing what he said i interrupted their conversation by asking "when can we start training?" To which my dad replied " tommorrow morning and so you should got to sleep early tonight no you should go to sleep after dinner".So after eating my dinner i immediately went to my bed and slept.Next morning my dad woke me up at 6am and told me that he wanted me to reach the training grounds in 10 mins and he wouldn't tolerate me being late When it comes to these kind of things my dad was quite strict .Anyway i reached the training grounds barely on time .My dad told me that "there are 5 different paths in this world-first is healer who can heal anyone but that too has its limitations.I interrupted my dad by asking "what path he followed?".To which my dad replied " that I should first let him finish what he is saying then ask questions"and then he continued by saying" the second is weapon users which is also quite diverse as some people use swords while others spears and some use axe and the third path is magician and the fourth is summoner a summoner is someone who can summon monsters and the fourth path is martial artist who use nothing but their body to fight and the fifth is a priest who have a deep connection with Gods and use the power granted by gods to fight" .He went to explain me that as for the path that follows three paths and they are weapon user and as for the weapon he uses is a sword and the second path he follows is of a magician and the third path is martial artist".He told me" that while most people can only follow one path there are some people out there like me who can use multiple paths" I asked him then"do I have the talent to pursue multiple paths" and to which he replied that" it can only be determined when you are older You see the path of everyone is predetermined and the path that a person is supposed to be determined at church during age of coming ceremony and I am starting your training now because you have already displayed an talent for swords "and after that he continued"as your dad I would like to warn you the path of sword isn't easy and knowing this do you want to follow this path from now on" To which i answered " Yes i want to" I still wonder to this day whether my decision was right or wrong .
I wonder if I had made another decision at that time then things would have turned out differently .well there was no way to know now.
Anyway after this my father explained to me that since this is the first day he would keep it light or so he told me .

I was barely able to complete this and after completing this my arms and legs felt like they were about to fall off
My dad told me after this to go take a shower and rest
