Kael turned toward the window, watching the orange hue of sunset spill across the Wilds. "It's getting late, but there's still something we haven't done yet."
"The Celebrations!!!" Kiona and Rias shouted in unison, eyes lighting up like stars.
Their mouths practically watered as they remembered the delicious food Kael had made before. Rias instantly appeared beside Kiona and grabbed her hand.
"We'll go take a bath quickly!" she said with a wide grin.
And then, they vanished in a burst of wind.
Kael blinked, caught off guard... then let out a low chuckle.
[I'm relieved to see you're fine, Master. But... your soul feels very different.]
Kael smiled at the familiar feminine voice echoing in his mind. "Hello there, my dear Alpha. It's good to have you back."
