Compared to the more than 500 billion Angels of Gold and Silver in the sky,
the angels currently descending could only be described as minor nuisances—utterly insignificant in the grand scheme.
For the top-tier powerhouses of the myriad races, wiping them out posed no real challenge.
And yet, despite this, the hearts of the awakeners remained filled with despair. They couldn't even sense the presence of hope.
After all, the power disparity between the two sides was glaring and undeniable.
