Graena. The Imperial city of the empire of Avalon. It is often called as the city of Paradise since there's basically zero crime rate here but it is also known as Prison city since It is also the place where none of the major four guilds as well as the military doesn't have any kind of influence. So, most people don't feel enough freedom.
It is completely under the control of the Twilight family. For those who have sufficient talent, it is a haven since they are protected by empire from their enemies who have some sort of power and authority.
Other than Twilight family, there's another power which doesn't have any influence to rule but if they wanted to, they can even stand up against the emperor himself. It is the University of Graena or also known as the Heavenly academy where every person wished to graduate.
The heavenly academy produced many heroes, kings of different small kingdoms and a few of the past emperors were also graduates. The present Emperor Ziwyn twilight was known as one of the strongest emperors is also a graduate here.

On the 25th floor, Six people sat around a round table in the meeting room. these six people are considered as the six pillars of the human race. One is the emperor, four people are the respective heads of their guilds and the last one is the head of the military.
They were discussing ongoing issues all over the empire as well as about Trades with other races who have friendly relations with the Avalon Empire since long ago. Then, suddenly the Emperor brought the issue of Star Corp "So, Mr Gellan Crestflayer, what is the reason you are objecting the investigation about the Star Corp incident. I heard that you are making hard for investigators".
Gellan, who is also known as the Bloodthirsty Swordsman who massacred ten thousand soldiers of a rebellious kingdom singlehandedly back when he was in prime shivered a bit under emperor's cold voice and stood up "Your majesty, it's already been a year since it happened. and it's known to everyone that it is nothing than a fire accident which claimed only a few lives. even though it happened in their main branch, still they have more than a hundred branches all over the empire. I'm just concerned that our investigators will waste their time on that".
Then, the head of the military snorted "hmpf, concern my a**. everyone here knows you and the director of Star corp have bad blood. you just want to make difficult for them. or maybe who knows, you probably have a hand in destroying the building". the old man looked at him "it's none of your business. before caring about others, take care of your internal matters first Onyr. I heard that your Grandson tried to force your airforce recruit and got beaten up in the process. poor boy, when did he learn that Military is just an organisation which serve Emperor. It's not a family business where the son becomes its next head". "You..."
The Emperor looked at him "Uncle Onyr, Mr Gellan please stop it. every time we have a meeting here. you always argue one thing or another". then, he turned his head "Mr Gellan, just for a mere Star Corp, I won't make things difficult for you. Investigations will be stopped but I hope you don't think of taking me for a fool. I already know about the deal".
hearing that sentence, Gellan stiffened for a second "Your Majesty, this..." "It's ok, we will talk about it later".
then he sat down and gathered the documents in front of him "Ok, is there anything else?". The head of Archer guild replied, "Your Majesty, about that deal with the elf race.." The Emperor sighed "It's no use, they are still too proud. we all know they feel that their race is superior to us. They live several hundreds of years and don't know how much we grew in the past three centuries. five cars lined up stopped in front of the building while people who were walking around the street stopped their activities and gathered around to look at them. four of them are alike while the one in the middle is a high-end sports car. anyone can tell with a look that it costs a huge fortune to won it.
five people from each four of the vehicles wearing security uniforms came down and cleared the space around them. "young Miss, it's done. you can come out". the door opened and from the driver seat a girl around 20 years stepped out.
someone involuntarily blurted "Wow!!" not only one, several people around who gathered as well those who are walking stopped for a few seconds upon seeing her.
A pretty doll-like figure without any expressions with twenty bodyguards started to go into the building. after they have gone inside. someone blurted out "will there be bloodshed?". a person beside him looked at him weirdly "huh? what nonsense are you spouting?" yup, instead of pretty angel kind of image, almost all of them thought "a pretty rich girl with twenty bodyguards without any expressions. that means, someone probably flirted with her or made trouble with her and she came for revenge". In the end, because of her cold tone and icy cold expressions, it became that kind of image in everyone else eyes.
Inside the building, even the members of the guild working there thought the same when she asked about the Guild branch leader. Only a few minutes later, everyone realised they misunderstood her.
"Uncle. where was my Acoilian?" He smiled "Patience little girl". then he called a number. a few minutes later, four people brought a rectangular box. after they put it on the table, they breathe in relief. one of them spoke, "Sir, It's here".
