Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: Healing? Just Replace Everything Except the Brain…

"If I told you I could cure your illness and even get you out of here, what would you choose?" Rimuru looked at Roger as he spoke. He truly admired Roger, and if there was a way to save him, then why not? As for how the plot would unfold afterward… that wasn't his problem!

Roger fell silent. If there's a chance to live, who would willingly choose death?

"Why would you want to save me?" Roger turned to Rimuru and asked.

"Isn't it obvious?" Milim interjected before Rimuru could answer. "You know where the treasure is! We break you out, and then you lead the way to dig it up!"

"Ohhh! So that's the reason!" Ramiris exclaimed with sudden realization.

Rimuru's face twitched in shock (⊙▽⊙!). That's not what I meant! But… now that she mentioned it… that didn't sound like a bad idea. He was kind of curious about the One Piece treasure too.

"Is that so?" Roger's eyes darkened. "But anyone who's seen the treasure won't be spared by the World Government. Are you prepared to be hunted by the entire world?"

"What a load of crap!" Milim scoffed. "If they dare come, we'll just destroy them!"

"Exactly! You're really underestimating us Demon Lords!" Ramiris huffed, pointing at Roger's nose with clear displeasure. She might look tiny, but her power was nothing to scoff at. Besides, she was the Queen of Spirits, backed by the entire Spirit Race.

"Demon Lords?" A flicker of surprise crossed Roger's eyes.

"Then it's settled!" Milim shouted. "My bestie, I'm going in first!" Before she even finished her sentence, she had already charged out.

"Milim!" Rimuru's eye twitched furiously. "Don't go charging in like that!" But it was too late—she was already gone. Well, with her strength, the Marines outside were probably about to have a very bad day.

"Ramiris, can you transform the prison into a labyrinth? I'm going to treat Roger." Rimuru turned and asked.

"No problem! Leave it to me!" Ramiris hovered mid-air and gave a thumbs-up.

"Eternal Labyrinth!"

A massive magic circle appeared above and below Ramiris, enveloping the entire prison. The walls began to squirm like living things, the space expanded endlessly, transforming into a vast, incomprehensible labyrinth.

Roger's expression shifted rapidly—from shock to disbelief. His Observation Haki had completely lost its effectiveness! This labyrinth was suppressing all forms of perception. If even his Haki couldn't sense through it, then no one else could either. At this rate, they could die of old age before ever finding a way out.

Once Ramiris was finished, Rimuru stepped forward and drew his sword. With a single strike, he severed the chains binding Roger to the prison wall.

"Impressive swordsmanship," Roger couldn't help but praise.

"Thanks for the compliment," Rimuru smiled. "Alright then—let's begin the treatment!"

"Hmm… hmm…" Rimuru examined Roger carefully. "Whew! This is worse than I thought. But it's not unfixable—just need to swap out a few organs. Let's see… heart—replace it. Lungs—replace those too. Kidneys? Yeah, those can go. You know what? Let's just replace everything except the brain!"

Roger was visibly panicking now. Wait a minute, is this really treatment? Or is he trying to send me to the afterlife early!?

Outside, Milim stood arrogantly atop the fallen body of a Marine Vice Admiral, surrounded by rows upon rows of soldiers.

"Hey, is this all you've got? This is way too boring!"

Suddenly, a massive figure came crashing down from the sky, slamming into the battlefield. The Justice cloak on his back flapped in the wind, revealing his identity—Fleet Admiral Kong of the Marines.

"Do you even understand what you're doing right now?" Kong's face darkened as he glared at Milim. Starting trouble at a time like this was an open act of defiance against the World Government—an unforgivable crime.

"Hmph. And who do you think you are?" Milim sneered.

"Fleet Admiral!" A Marine with a wild afro came running over, shouting, "There's a situation at the prison!"

"What!?" Kong's eyes blazed with fury. "Sengoku! Take some men and get there now! Guard Roger at all costs! If he resists—execute him on the spot!"

"Yes sir!" Sengoku responded immediately and rushed out with his team.

"You did this, didn't you!?" Kong growled, his killing intent flaring as he glared at Milim.

"Sure did," Milim grinned innocently. "So what are you gonna do about it?"

"Capture her!" Kong roared. But before he could even move, a tiny fist slammed into his chest, sending him flying through the air. He smashed through dozens of buildings before crashing into a heap, while Milim stood where he had been a moment ago—completely unscathed.

"So fast!" The gathered crowd was in disbelief. Even those who had begun to charge forward froze in their tracks.

Garp narrowed his eyes. He had only caught a faint blur of her movement. This little girl is insanely strong!

"Damn you!"

Kong erupted from the rubble, his arms now cloaked in Armament Haki as he launched a furious strike at Milim. But Milim merely clenched her fist and met him head-on. The moment their fists collided, a shockwave blasted outward like a hurricane. Officers below the rank of Vice Admiral were forced to their knees, and the ordinary soldiers were sent flying like ragdolls.

Then they saw it—Fleet Admiral Kong was blasted away again, this time with one arm nearly shattered, dangling uselessly at his side.

Milim, on the other hand, stood tall and untouched.

Everyone watching couldn't help but gulp.

Terrifying…

Meanwhile, Sengoku had just pushed open the prison gate, only to be greeted by an impossibly long hallway and towering walls. The entire prison interior had been completely transformed.

He froze on the spot, as did the Marines behind him.

From the outside, the prison looked barely twenty meters tall—but from the inside, the ceiling stretched endlessly into the sky, the space seemingly infinite.

Sengoku's mind went blank for a moment.

What the hell… is this some kind of illusion?
