After camping out of the hospital, Tsunade is very furious with the council and her sensei. She started thinking about what would have happened if Kushina had died in that attack and how her children treated in Konoha. She got irritated thinking about that and went towards the Hyuga compound to meet another student who was ill.
After reaching the Hyuga compound, she went to see her student. After the same examination, she treated her but told her she would never be able to fight again because of this illness and she had to be careful about her body, which was physically weak and fragile. "How is this possible, and how can you be certain about this guy telling the truth?" Hiruzen asked specially.
"To answer your questions, sensei, I have to tell you who this person is then how we believe him." She paused, Kushina and Hiruzen looking at her to continue, so she did.
"I have a son around the same age as your children, Kushina," Tsunade said.
"Son, when and why didn't you tell us?" Hiruzen asked. Kushina also had the same feeling.
"Yes, I have, son. He was born before 6 months of the Nine-Tails attack. How do you know how a child is born, sensei?" Tsunade said, Jiraiya smirking.
"I know how children are born, Tsunade. I am asking who is the father," Hiruzen asked.

"How when?" Kushina asked, happy for Sensei because she didn't drink or go gambling today, so her son had a positive expectation of her sensei's life.

"I am also learning about the destruction of Whirlpool, how it happened, and also about the nine tails origin and also how the attack happened," Kushina said.
