As the breeze moves swiftly and the birds sing in harmony a young girl awakens. Sitting up in her bed, she stretches her arms her silver hair falling down her shoulders like silk as gets out of her large bed. She steps out onto her wide balcony and looks at the perfect view of the village, the clouds reflecting in her bright blue eyes. This manor is well known and a ball shall be held soon, it is quite the exciting event.
"My lady, you're tea and breakfast is ready and waiting for you at the table, please be changed and ready before then."
A tall man with a dashing face and shining black short hair, bows his perfectly shaped head, his suit a light shade of black and blue and his eyes bright like gold. He is the young ladies butler and she, the emperor's fourth oldest daughter.
"Oh Mathew, yes I shall. Pardon me"
She goes towards her bathing room where the maid are already waiting for her. They help cleanse her body of any dirt or impurities and leave her skin, face and hair smoother than cream. They help dress her and style her luscious locks. Her dress is pale blue in colour and has white bows at the ends, her hair tied into a half ponytail with braided sides connected with a silk ribbon and small flowers in between each braid.
"My princess, you look just as stunning as usual!"
Says the head maid, Rose. The others made gaze in awe at the princess.
"Certainly princess Annastasia, you are the farest princess of all the lands!"
Another maid, Hana, says enthusiasticly.
Anna sighs.
"Your exaggerating, there are princess far more beautiful then I. Thought I do appreciate the compliments."
Anna smiles softly before walking out the room and towards the dining hall with Matthew.
"Mathew will father be attending today?"
Mathew shakes his head.
"Fortunately not my lady. Thought lady Ariana your younger sister will."
She sighs in relief.
"What pleasant news. I would hate to hear another lecturer on marriage"
Anna stops for a moment stopping Mathew as well.
"He knows how loyal I am yet he still persists it infuriates me"
Mathew nods. His eyes filling with slight concern.
"I assure you Lady Annastasia. I will makes sure no man comes in your way."
Anna's eyes gleam with evil intent.
"If it happens to come to that... You know what you have to do."
Mathew nods in understanding.
"Why of course my dear princess. I would never fail you. Now shall we head down?"
