Rito did not have parents and it is said that his mother was found in Orochimaru's lab by fourth Hokage and him being just born. The other details related to his mother were hidden and he was given new identity by the village. Also he is in the same generation as Naruto.
"Being a transmigrator and knowing the plot I thought that I would become the ruler of this ninja world. But reality really hit me hard with mediocre talent. That means the soul is strong but body and mind or very ordinary.
So what if I am artificial intelligence. I have plenty of knowledge but the talent of this body is weak. This makes the process longer. With the capabilities of the artificial intelligence knowledge I can comprehend faster but resources are needed.
