Chapter 1 - Chapter 0

Throughout history, there were countless books writings from our ancestors about the path of cultivation and the Dao, the wonders of alchemy, the mastery of martial arts, skills beyond human capability, and the power to command the heavens.

At first, I believed it was all just myth. Until I saw it for myself.

The lost realm.

the beginning of this story starts with a cultivator ranked above all who came before him. He was a powerhouse, no one could match his cultivation. Though he fought countless battles, he never lost a single one, causing unrest and awe throughout the world.

They called him the Divine Void Emperor.

After ruling supreme for many years, several cultivators grew jealous and resentful. Though they were each a realm below him, they conspired to assassinate the emperor. One among them devised a plan to poison him using a divine berry mixing it into the wine of the gods to create a potent, undetectable toxin.

Their plot unfolded during his annual banquet.

The Divine Void Emperor welcomed them as friends, unaware of their betrayal. As they gathered, they began subtly constructing a sealing array, designed to trap the emperor. Once the array was complete, the toast commenced.

As they raised their glasses, the emperor drank the poisoned wine. With the first sip, he sensed something was wrong. As he tried to stabilize his cultivation, the traitors activated the killing array and launched their attack.

The emperor's cultivation destabilized, and the poison spread beyond recovery. Enraged and desperate, he unleashed a final strike. Burning his very soul and summoning all his remaining strength, he caused the world veins to tremble.

As a void began forming, he used a forbidden technique, one thought to be mere legend.

It was called the Divine Grand Void Seal.

With it, he scattered his life essence and severed the world from the world veins. As his final act, he cursed the betrayers to live mortal lives, doomed to suffer until the destruction of their universe.

30,000 years later, all cultivators of that era had perished.

The resources they had used to prolong their lives were exhausted, and only dusty manuals and fragments of cultivation history remained.

Over time, cultivation became extinct. Martial arts survived in limited forms, while artifacts grew dormant and divine beasts vanished.

Thus, the world entered the modern age.
