The hall was big enough for every student to write their exams, Lilian's seat was far away from Derrick seat and she thanked God a little because she was not sure if she would concentrate with him in front of her. The exams lasted for about two hours but many students have already finished their papers, Lilian was happy that her exams are coming to an end on her birthday this Friday night, it was a perfect time to celebrate. Annabel also has plans to throw a sleep over party with her friends Maureen and Britney, it was the least thing she could to make herself happy while Lillian and the rest was throwing expensive party that cost thousands of dollars she doesn't have the money to and decide to celebrate her Friday night by throwing a sleep over party in her room. It was Friday afternoon and the students celebrated for their completion of their final year exams, Lilian already has decorated the roof top of her parents villa in the beach where she will celebrate her birthday, she already had her posters on the wall promoting her birthday party that Friday night, Joshua and his team went to an expensive restaurant where they celebrated and all bills where on him, Annabel hugged her friends she will miss them especially Maureen she will be traveling to Sweden to study in the university of stockholm, Britney will still remain in Canada to study in anyone of the public universities. Annabel doesn't even know her fate, she is through with high school and wondered if her step mother will allow her further her education even if it is a public university she'll manage and even do part time jobs, but she doubt rose will never let her further her education she needs to find a way to get money from her dad she will discuss it with Joshua maybe he will help her. Joshua, Lilian and Rachel return to the house to greet their parents especially Mr Noel who just return back from traveling for a business deal it was successful and even gave the kids euros in cash, Rachel couldn't believe it this was real cash, Annabel was watching from a corner she was scared to come any closer and when Joshua walked to his room she followed him desperately and knocked on the door he let her in immediately. **

Annabel: No not really I have plans for a sleep over party with my friends.

**He brought out the 17,000 euros dad gave to him and place it on annabel's hands, she was shocked as she has never held such amount of money before, tears held up her eyes and Joshua immediately wipes her tears with the back of his palm and hugged her**
Joshua: it's okay, I promise to get more from dad okay.
Annabel: okay **with a teary voice**
**Annabel retired back to her room and hid the money at the deepest end in her drawer and locked it, she put the key in her safe box. She'll do anything to further her education even if it means war, Rose's children are enjoying the other aspect of life people bow to them with respect upon hearing their names, she bears the same name with them but nothing to show for it, well not anymore she must use Joshua to take her own share of the money. Lillian was in her room, looking for the perfect outfit to put on for her birthday party, all eyes must be on her she wants all the attention, clothes where littered all round her room Rachel walked in and saw Lilian's room in a mess**
Rachel: My God, what are you doing?

Rachel: Since is a beach party, I guess you should try a bikini.

**Rachel laughed, she pointed a Valentino red beach gown for Lilian**
Rachel: I think that would be nice.
Lilian: woah it's beautiful. **The dress was designed with tiny silver platters on it, looking at it one could tell it screams of money**

**Rachel was about leaving when Lilian called her name**

**She left, but deep down is not okay, is too already late for an apology. Lilian must feel the emotional torture she went through, today is the day. Annabel went to the kitchen to prepare some snacks for her sleep over party, rose saw her and decide to follow her**
Rose: Hello dear anny, what are your plans after high-school, would you like to go further, stay at home all day, selling food in the streets or get married. **with an evil smirk**

**Rose walked out and left Annabel in the kitchen, she will make sure she deals with her, she won't let Annabel further her studies even if it's a public university the last time Annabel went to a public high school she did so well in her grades that she won a scholarship but she went behind and tarnished it and did her possible best to remove Annabel from the school to Queensland high-school so she could be under the shadow of her daughter, she forced Lilian out from modeling and beauty pageant competitions to academic ones just to downgrade Annabel. She must find a way to poison Noel's heart by lying against her being a slut that she doesn't want Annabel around her children and she should be married off as soon as possible, she's an adult so that would work. Lilian, Rachel and Joshua arrived at the villa to celebrate Lilian's birthday party everything was going smooth. Maureen and Britney arrived at Annabelle's home it was beautifully designed for a second they thought it was as if she was never maltreated by her step mum when they arrived at her room they gasped**

**They all hugged each other for some seconds before Annabel break off from the hug and start arranging the scrabble games for them to play. Lilian was enjoying her birthday party, Joshua was tired of his sister's showoff behavior he was supposed to be with his friends tonight but Lilian make a fuss about it and he had no other choice than to be here, things went from bad to worst when he sighted Derrick he's sister's boyfriend and also he's basketball enemy, he just change his seat before Derrick would even come close to him, his actions made Lilian to get angry but quickly hide it with a smile**
Derrick: Sorry baby I came late, traffic is really bad. I got you a birthday gift.
Lilian: Really? What's inside?
Derrick: you see it.
** She opened the gift and saw a beautiful love necklace there pictures were inside**
Lilian: Oh baby, it's beautiful I love it.

Lilian: I wanna go to the dance floor.
Derrick: Sure thing **He smiled and offered his hands to Lillian she placed her hands gently on his and they walked towards the dance floor, Lilian rested her head on his chest and kissed him on the lips, derrick place his hands on her waist and the two were in a moment of romance. Rachel was upstairs sipping wine when she saw Derrick and Lilian's love moment she was fuming with anger that should be her on Derrick arms but Lilian's stole it, tears were gathering her eyes with each passing seconds she felt like tearing them apart, she wiped the tears off her eyes with the back of her palm and said it's time she brought out a smaller phone she hardly makes use of and created an anonymous account which she release all the messages, videos and images she snap from Lilian phone unknown to her. Within seconds the went post viral like wild fire the students started giving Lilian weird glances and we're murmuring against themselves, Lilian who was lost in the moment notice the weird stare but she didn't care she thought they were staring at her like that because of Derrick not until Joshua pulled her away from his hold and showed her the viral post on going about her. She was shocked, she thought it was a dream her eyes was filled with fear and tears all the messages with judge Lucas and even where she mentioned her mum was leaked she wished the ground will just open for her to fall in. Derrick didn't know what was happening he was already furious with Joshua pulling Lilian away from his hold and the next thing he saw her shaking in fear and notice the weird glances coming from the students**
Derrick: Lilian was wrong? What is going on. **He held unto her shaking body supporting her, Veronica who dislikes Lilian show off attitude and once has a crush on Derrick found this as a perfect opportunity to mock her**
Veronica: well, well, well Derrick it seems you're the only one who don't understand what's going on, I will tell ya anyways. It turns out you're dating a cheater after all.

Veronica: If that's the case you can see for yourself. ** She handed Derrick her smart phone, he hesitated at first to take her phone but later did and read through the chats, video clips and everything he was heartbroken and devastated**
Derrick: Lilian what is this? ** She couldn't bring herself to speak, tears just rolled down her eyes and it hit Derrick hard when he remembered she asked the question if he found out something bad about her he shouldn't hate her**
Derrick: why did you.....?
Lilian: I'm sorry Derrick, I'm so.....
**He handed Veronica her phone and left the party, Rachel ran down to Lilian**
Rachel: Oh my God, Lilian are you okay? I saw what happened. ** Lilian hugged her immediately and broke down in tears, students were leaving the hall one by one until it was just she Rachel and Joshua, he walked up to her**
Joshua: why sister? Why will you do this? If you know you weren't good enough in the competition you should have left Annabel with it. Is better to come out second with clean hands than to come out first being a cheat.
Rachel: That's it Annabel! Annabel must have done this to Lilian as a revenge.
Joshua: What are you talking about?
Rachel: The truth, Annabel was angry dad told her to step down from the Scholars Competition and let Lilian contest for ii instead and as a way of payback this was her plan.
**Rachel's words fueled Lilian's temper and she stood up angrily and walked to one of their drivers**
Lilian: Take me back to the mansion now! Annabel you have started a war.
