"How is Konoha, Kabuto?"
"Yes, Orochimaru-sama."
As the young man narrated what had happened to him, Orochimaru moved his tongue like a poisonous snake as he was in deep thought. If someone else saw him, they would think of him as a pervert, but considering his name, no one thought much, as they knew that this was more or less the result that came from his incredible power.
This man is one of the legendary Sannin of Konoha, Orochimaru.
Despite being a legendary ninja of the Konoha, his status was that of a criminal, a runaway ninja, who had a bounty on his head. Even though he was known as a hero in the past, his name and reputation had been destroyed, and he could only hide in another country, hiding away, as he continued his research.
Research.
This was his goal, and what he was after was for a human to live eternally, as he knew how fragile a human life is. Many of his important things were taken away as their lives were dwindling, disappeared, and they were left to live only in his memory.
His only goal was to change all of that, and naturally, he had to reach his hands on the human experiment, but due to that, he was charged as a criminal, and being labeled as the most vicious, cruel ninja that was hated by many, which made him sometimes lament that it was hard for one to get a good reputation, but everything was all washed away with just a single bad reputation.
Then again, who in this world hasn't touched a human experiment?
Fortunately, Orochimaru never cared much about his status as a Konoha ninja, especially when he was extremely disappointed in how this village had become.
After all, for the stability of the leaders of the village, how many people had been abandoned, sacrificed, or killed?
The White Fang (Sakumo Hatake), the Uchiha Family, and it was him.
There were probably more, but Orochimaru was too lazy to count them, as their numbers were too great to count. After all, Danzo was famous for doing all the dirty work, and he would be forgiven so long as Sarutobi was the Hokage. Naturally, this was also the reason why he called Kabuto Yakushi, the spy orphan ninja of Konoha, who worked for him in Konoha.

"Did Danzo do that?"
Even if Orochimaru had left Konoha, he still needed the information from the village since, as the biggest and probably the strongest ninja village in this world, everything that Konoha did would affect the others.
Yet, unexpectedly, he had never expected Danzo to be so crazy.
Did Danzo think that as long as Sarutobi was there, he would be okay?
So, what did Danzo do to make him think this way?
What Danzo did was to invite many ninja from various families in the Konoha village as members of Roots. He had no mercy and took many of the ninjas from those families, and those families couldn't stop him, especially after everyone knew the extinction of the Uchiha family was more or less related to him and the Hokage.
If Danzo was angry, would he erase their family, too?
So, even if Danzo snatched many young and powerful ninjas from their families and even branded them with seal tattoos on their tongues, which would threaten their lives, no one could do anything except talk to Sarutobi.
Yet, facing Danzo, Sarutobi had always been gentle, and even if he tried to stop Danzo, he wouldn't punish him, and as everything was too late, and many of the ninja had been branded by Danzo, nothing could be done, especially when his two friends, Koharu Utatane and Mitokado Homura, also helped Danzo.
After all, Danzo only targeted those ninja families and didn't touch those ninjas that were related to the Hokage and the Elders, which showed the consideration of his to his friends, or he simply disdained the ninja from Sarutobi, Shimura, Utatane, and Mitokado as they were practically mids, and had no special innate abilities or techniques.
Still, without a doubt, Danzo's act made all of the ninja feel even nervous about Sarutobi, and they just did whatever they could to protect their little families.
"What's wrong with him?"
If it was before, Danzo only cared about his selfish desires, but this time, he also roped the Sarutobi, Utatane, and Mitokado to his side, to help him with many things, and naturally, also shared his gains, making their relationship even tighter and better.

Orochimaru saw the young man's eyes turn into familiar crimson eyes, the Sharingan, and all of a sudden, he was under his control.

Orochimaru tried to control his emotions, calming his racing heart, as he looked at the beautiful beach that suddenly emerged in front of him.
Could the illusion of the Uchiha even help him to create a virtual space for a beautiful beach, too?
Also, why did this Uchiha bring him to this place instead of torturing him?
What did this young man plan to do?
Only, whatever this young man planned to do, Orochimaru was at a loss for words that came out of his lips.
