Kibou is in he's lab and the person right Infront of him is Yorzolon.
Kibou is currently studying Yorzolon's biology but he discoveres that he's matter is made up of kinetic energy.
Kibou without a second thought shuts down he's biology by firstly striking all he's novana leukemia which is the novana nerve that is responsible for novana coordination.
He does this by injecting Yorzolon with a syringe made up of he's Kile echo energy.Shutting down 80% of Yorzolons novana and he also injections him in the novana silm which is responsible for novana energy.
Completely neglecting all of Yorzolons Kinetic energy and replacing with atoms and molecules,the usual matter.
Kibou looks at Yorzolon and says "Listen here you bastard. I know everything about you thanks to my Kile powers so there's nothing to hide from me. Right now you're defenseless.The only reason why I'm not killing you is because Akira wants to use you and don't even dare disobey him and rebel because he will end your life and kill you like you never existed.I'll be back to deal with you later."
Yorzolon simply replied "Guess what? you're not getting anything from me.Plus you're dillusional if you think I'm going to work under you-"
Kibou immediately shot with a pistol right under he's vocal cords.
Kibou doesn't say a word and walks out.Yorzolon entire novana system is now almost completely shut down.
Kibou is walking in the hallway to see Akira walking by.

Akira took the captians to the meeting room with their lieutenants and now everyone is sitting except Akira because he just wants to look cool.

Akira: That doesn't sound right because when i calculated the impact it was moving at 735 kilometers per second along with 80 Billion pounds of TNT per mili second.That should have been enough to blow up the planet.
Zack: But me and captian Haruto's division discovered it used artificial novana with 50 BRND.That is enough to literally decrease the gravity of a black hole.
Kibou : But black holes aren't the vacuum sucking spheres we know so by 50 BRND it means it's enough to literally decrease the gravity of spacetime and literally make every planet in this universe rotate 500,000 times faster.
Haruto: But the question is that how could it possibly be only 15 million people?

Himiko : But the other problem is our military structure. If you really think about it Zillow actually has alot more than the entire world.
Philip: He actually has seven trillion within each of the armies he has in their seven planets.
Akira: Does he plan on using them against us?
Philip: No right now each group of armies are colonizing races of planets.
Tal: so we'll also have to be facing seven trillion here?

Dutchwell: Yeah i can see were your going but the problem is that each country also has they're forces and they will likely disagree.
Ren: What if for each division it each has their forces and sequences?
Ryosheon: Oh that's actually smart but the problem is that there's like 12 divisions so that means they'll be twelve branches.
Akira: Let's not call them branches but military force division.But how are we going to identify them?

Altheon:or We can give each force a fit to identify which division they're in.

Akira: I think we'll need about 20 divisions with 20 captains.

Akira: We'll just promote soldiers into that position, anyways is there anything we must discuss further i still gotta load up the nukes and hire some engineers and go back home.
