Whenever I try to gather Qi, I pull it from all over my body, but if I did have it gathered and solidified in my Dantian, pulling my Qi from my Dantian would be much easier because now I don't have to pull from all around my inner body, but wait, why Dantian? Why don't I just solidify Qi all around my body so that at that point I would barely need to control my Qi? It just is all around my body, so just with a thought I could use it... or activate it.
