Cain explained what he experienced yesterday. He recalled seeing three strange lights shooting upward from the ground before the monsters appeared. And from his explanation, it seemed what he said was true.
"That must be the location of the kaoslith. I'm very sure." I frowned my eyebrows. This calamity must be stopped immediately before it spreads to nearby towns. There should not be another disasters occurs to other towns similar to what happen here and previously at Lily town.
"You said earlier you found one of them at the port?" Beltimore asked the three of us. We nodded.
"Why didn't you destroy it? Is it alright to leave it like that?" William asked. He clearly didn't know much about the kaoslith. I couldn't blame him. The last one he saw must've been ten years ago when he and his group including Beltimore fought one.
"It's not that easy. There are specific methods to destroy them. Handling them carelessly will only bring more chaos," Linus said.
