Narrator (Deep, hushed voice):
Zinn is running...
No one is behind him. The wind is silent. Yet he is fleeing. In truth, he is running away from his own mind.
His breath is growing heavier. Every grain of dust on the ground seems to leap to hold the imprint of his footsteps. His eyes are empty — both hollow and profound.
And now —he will fail.
Because, no one has ever escaped from their own mind.
(Zinn's inner voice)
Slow, breathless whisper: "I ran… I ran…"
He believes he has escaped —from reality. From that village. From the bloody, grotesque horror.
But what he didn't realize was —he did not escape…he entered.
Entered deep inside himself. Into the deepest, darkest abyss of his own mind.
Everything around him is silent. There is no sky, no ground. There is no light. There is no darkness.
There is no time here. No body. There is only Zinn and… Zinn's mind.
He is standing in an endless void. There is nothing beneath his feet, but he is not falling. Around him, a suffocating silence. A place — where even sound has died.
And then…
(A voice)
Deep, hushed… yet coming from right beside him:
"Do you know? You are inside me now."
It is Zinn's own voice. But hidden within the voice is something else. As if a thousand whispers are layered together.
Scene
Before him, the scene of the village slowly emerges. The exact village he thought he had left behind.
But this is not reality —it is woven from mist. The village looks as if it's fractured glass pieced together.
In the middle of the village stands that old woman...Eyes gouged out...Empty sockets filled with black blood.
Her lips don't move, yet Zinn hears her clearly—"You wanted to run away after seeing me?"
Zinn steps back...Shakes his head—"No… This isn't real… I ran away… I ran…"
Just then…The villagers surround him—Some are crushing eyes…Some are breaking bones…
Their bodies have no flesh…Smoke rises from them…Beneath their skin, black chains are entangled...
And Zinn realizes — they are all Zinn himself.
That mother — Zinn. That child — the 'real' younger Zinn. Zinn is killing his own childhood self.
They no longer run…They simply stand silently around Zinn and stare.
Their lips part in unison—And together they say:" You did not run… You cannot escape from your own mind."
Zinn's stomach twists. A tremor surges from within his chest.
And then—he sees himself standing in the center of the village. Another Zinn—Same clothes, Same eyes, But a distorted smile at the corner of the lips.
He slowly approaches and says—
Zinn's Dark Mind (Cold voice)
"You ran? No… I am inside you now. I know what you saw… and I know what you truly want. You want to tear everything apart… to end yourself… because you know —leaving this world will bring peace."
Zinn falls to his knees…He trembles…He shuts his eyes tightly…
The people around him slowly melt away, And merge into his mind...
Zinn's Mind (Deep, chilling voice)
"I have come to teach you this —Feel nothing. Control everything."
Zinn slowly stands. His eyes turn to solid stone. No emotions. No fear.
Narrator (Gravely)
"The mind is the greatest enemy —Because it deceives you wearing your own face. It arranges your fears, desires, memories so intricately —That you believe, 'This is me.'"
But the truth? You are nothing.
Zinn (Calm, cold voice)
"I control the mind. The mind does not control me."
Zinn opens his eyes…His gaze is no longer human.
From his eyes, one final tear drops…But it is not water —It is black blood.
He says—"To survive, I must become a new Zinn. I must become unpredictable — a shadow."
His eyes are like scorched ash. A faint, enigmatic smile curls his lips.
He places a hand on his forehead… closes his eyes…"What I have lost… in exchange I have gained one thing — experience. I am reborn every moment…And from now on, each rebirth will be colder, more alien than the last."
Zinn's Mind (Quietly)
"Seeking meaning is mental slavery —Because nature is meaningless. Seeking meaning is the work of the weak. I will not seek meaning…I will create meaning."
Narrator (Final line)
"Zinn… he is no longer who he was. Something entirely different has been born inside his mind. A shadow. A god. A monster. Whose mind is no longer a prison — it is now his weapon."
