#General info:
=Eternoa: A dystopian city often described as the last bastion of humanity and the spearhead of human perseverance. It is split into four areas; North, South, East and West with each one having various districts and neighborhoods with certain unique cultures
=East Zone: a lively zone filled with many corporations and housing. The land where most of the middle class citizens of Eternora reside including Adam
=West Zone: Similar to the east zone but has a higher crime rate due to turf wars conducted between various gangs in the area.
=South Zone: A rural land filled with farms and factories, majority of the people there dislike visitors from other zones but they're not the type to turn away a good trade deal.
=North Zone: the most prosperous zone in all of Eternora, residents of this area are the nobility and ruling class, on the far northern end of this zone lies an uninhabitable area filled with snow called "Niflheim", the only thing keeping people from others entering it is the existence of The Rule
=The Rule: The main governing force within Eternora, through them all laws are passed and all matters within the city are kept in order, they monitor and control the economy, education, banks and many other institutions including the Eternora Police Department
=Eternora Police Department: the main law enforcement agency within the city, it is compromised of various Agencies tasked with keeping the peace, the Criminal Investigation Agency being one of the most famous among them.
#General Terminology:
=Tulpas: Individuals blessed with special abilities that allow them to defy the natural laws of this world, each ability is unique to the individual with not one being similar to the others, it is for that very reason that Tulpas are rare and make up only 10% of the general population.
=Ability: what grants Tulpas strength, abilities can affect the user, others and even the environment depending on their Rank
=Tulpas rank system: A system created by The Rule to grade Tulpas by how dangerous they are, it's a system accepted by the public but not everyone knows it's ins and outs completely...
=Ranks:
-Fiend: Tulpa's powers are too insignificant to be a danger
-Infernus: Tulpa's powers can be dangerous if used wrongfully
-Fury: Tulpa has the ability to destroy a neighborhood and kill more than a thousand people
-Behemoth: Tulpa is capable of causing devastating damage and destroying various districts in a zone
-Apollyon: Tulpa is capable of destroying a full zone if left unchecked, the top of the food chain that is known by people
-Ainsof: an often forgotten grade reserved only for the absolute strongest, Tulpas with this grade are to be exterminated or confined upon discovery as they are capable of destroying Eternoa as a whole
=Eternet: the main network system of Eternora which all devices and programs run on
=E-Tube: The most popular social media platform in Eternora, it's often used as a video sharing website where many people who are known as E-tubers
=Helix: the main building material for all technology within Eternora, discovered and created by the company of the same name.
=Cogito drug: A mysterious drug that began rising in popularity around the city due to it's ability to grant ordinary humans powers and enhance Tulpas pre-existing powers.
=Stigmata: a terrorist organization thought to be responsible for majority of the crimes within Eternora in the current day.
