An hour later, in the dining room of the Uzumaki compound, Takayama Haru, Minato, Kushina, and Mito were seated and ready to eat.

"Yeah, come on, Minato. Eat up!" Mito added warmly.
She liked Minato—he was polite, well-mannered, and respectful. Seeing him hesitate to serve himself, she quickly scooped some food onto his plate.
"Eat, Minato."
"Thank you, ma'am!"
"No need to be so formal. Feel free to stop by whenever you like."
Seeing Haru not take anything for himself, Kushina took the initiative and picked up a piece of meat, placing it on his plate.
"Eat," she said softly.
Minato looked on with envy.
Having a girlfriend was really nice...
Despite being a genius when it came to ninjutsu, Minato was a total novice when it came to relationships.
And now, the girl he had feelings for was sitting across from him, smiling and serving food to someone else.
His heart took another blow.
Why did he agree to come here?
