Chapter 1 - Chapter 1:A night of sorrow :

The darkness outside my window seemed to mirror the emptiness within. I lay in my bed, tears streaming down my face as he night wore on. The weight of my emotions felt crushing, like the world was bearing down on me. Every memory, every regret, every fear swirled together in a toxic mix, refusing to let me escape.

As the hours ticked by, my sobs grew hoarse, my body shaking with each ragged breath. I felt lost, alore, and adrift in a sea of despair. The tears wouldn't stop, and I didn't know how to make them.

Suddenly, a strange sensation washed over me, like the room was shifting and ripping. The air seemed to thicken, and I felt myself being pulled toward something. The tears streaming my face began to glow with a soft, ethereal light...

As the tears on my face glowed brighter, the room around me began to distort and blur. The walls seemed to melt away, revealing a shimmering portal where my bedroom once stood. The portal pulsed with a soft, blue green light, like the gentle lapping of waves on a moon lit beach.

The air around me viberated with an other worldly energy, drawing me closer to the portal. I felt myself being pulled toward it, my body weightless and free. The tears streaming down my face seemed to be feeding the portal power, fueling its growth and intensity.

As I drifted closer, the portal's light enveloped me, and I felt my consciousness expanding. The world around me dissolved, replaced by kaleidoscope of colors and patterns. I saw glimpses of strange landscapes, and trees that seemed to hum with ancient wisdom.

The portal's energy surged, and I felt myself being transported to a realm beyond my own. The sensation was both exhilarating and terrifying, like stepping into the unknown.

When the portal's light faded, I found myself standing in a lush, vibrant forest. Towering trees loomed above me, their branches tangled with vines and flowers that shimmered like jewels. The air was alive with the songs of birds and the rustle of leaves.

A figure emerged from the tree, it's eyes fixed intently on me.

As I stepped closer, I saw that it was a majestic creature with a body of a powerful lion. Its fur was a shimmering golden coat, and its mane was a wild tangle of hair that seemed to move on it's own accord.

The beastman's eyes were piercing green, and they seemed to bore into my very soul. Its gaze was both fierce and intelligent, and I could sense a deep wisdom and power emanating from it.

As the beastman approached me, I felt a mix of fear and fascination. I had never seen a lion so close before, and I wasn't sure what to expect. But despite my initial fear, I felt drawn to the beastman, sensing that it was a noble and honourable creature. As he came closer to me,it morphed into a human, I was so shocked "DID HE JUST MORPHED INTO A HUMAN?! AND A NAKED ONE TOO!"

"Who are you?" I asked, my voice barely about a whisper.

The beastman regarded me for a moment before responding "I am kael", he said, his voice deep and resonant. "And you, little one, are a mystery".

Kael's eyes seemed to gleam with curiosity as he studied me. " You are not from this world, are you?". Hw asked, his voice filled with a mixture of wonder and suspicion.

I shook my head, still feeling a bit dazed and disoriented. "I don't think so", I said. " I was transported here through a portal".

Kael's ears perked up at this, and he took a step closer to me. "A portal, you say?" he repeated. " That's interesting. We don't get many visitors from other worlds here".

As kael's eyes continued to study me, I could sense a deep intelligence and curiosity behind them." Tell me, little one," kael said, his voice filled with a gentle curiosity. "What is your name, and what brings you to our world?" .

I hesitated for a moment, unsure of how much to reveal. But something about kael's kind eyes and noble demeanor put me at ease. " My name is....Eira," I said, my voice still barely above a whisper. "And I'm not sure why I'm here. I was transported through a portal, like I said.

Kael's ears perked up again, and he took another step closer to me. "A portal, you say? That is indeed intriguing. I think it would be best if we spoke more about this in a safer location. Come, Eira let us go to my den. We can discuss this further there."

Kael gestured towards a nearby path, and I followed him still feeling a bit dazed and disoriented. As we walked, I couldn't help but notice the way kael's golden fur shimmered in the sunlight.

" kael, can i ask you something?" I said, my curiosity getting the better of me.

" of course, Eira," kael replied, his voice gentle. " Ask me anything you like."

" why do seem so.... different from what I expected?" I asked, my eyes scanning kael's majestic from.

Kael chuckled, a low rumble that seemed to vibrate through his entire body. "I supposed I am not what you expected," he said. "But I assure you, Eira, I am still the same being beneath this form. I am a guardian of this realm, and I will do everything in my power to protect it and its inhabitants".

I nodded, feeling a sense of wonder and curiosity about this mystical realm and its inhabitants. As we continued to walk, I couldn't help but feel drawn to this majestic creature than met the eye.
