Jousuke's alarm went off. He yawned and looked at the time.
"It's already 6:30AM? I didn't even sleep well." Jousuke thought to himself.
He got up and looked at the mirror. He posed and then smiled and said "You really are a handsome man Jousuke, even though you just woke up!"
Miyako—Jousuke's mom suddenly opened the door and leaned. "Breakfast is ready..." said Miyako.
The volume of her voice gradually decreased as she saw Jousuke's corny and cringe action. Miyako slowly closed the door as they both stared at each other with awkwardness.
Jousuke screamed "Mom! I told you to knock!"
"Oh my! My bad." said Miyako as she teased Jousuke.
As soon as Miyako closed the door, Jousuke heard her loud laughter.
"Oh man, that was such an embarrassing moment! But yeah, you still are handsome, Jousuke!" he thought to himself.
Jousuke went to restroom. He took a shower and brushed his teeth. When he's about to leave the restroom, he bumped into its door.
"Shoot! My bad Boutsu...It's just the door." said Jousuke.
He suddenly sat down and covered his face "Why did I suddenly think of that girl again!?" he thought to himself.
He removed his hand in his face as his blush disappeared. "Maybe, it's because I bumped into her that friday. Yeah, nothing's wrong." he thought himself.
His blush went back and then he repeatedly said in his thoughts "Nothing's wrong!"
Jousuke's now in his way to the school. As he walked, Asa saw him and they waved into each other.
"Jousuke..." Asa murmured as he hid his face from Jousuke.
Jousuke replied with "What's wrong?" as he felt something was off.
Asa looked into Jousuke with tears in face and said "My girlfriend and I just broke up."
Jousuke wasn't even shocked, not even a little. He then whispered "Asa..."
"What?" said Asa.
Asa was shocked when he saw Jousuke's disappointed and mad face.
"What did you do this time! You onced cheated with your ex-girlfriend, you treated your another ex-girlfriend like a rebound. What now!?"
"Wait, let me explain!" said Asa.
As they walked, Asa explained what happened between him and his latest ex-girlfriend.
Jousuke asked Asa "I see. So she broke up with you just because her dad doesn't like you?"
Asa replied "More than that, Jousuke. More than that! Her dad freaking hates me so much because I look like someone who wouldn't take anything seriously."
Jousuke thought to himself "Well her dad's isn't wrong though."
Asa suddenly stopped walking. Jousuke looked at Asa and saw pure sadness. He suddenly felt sympathy for Asa.
"A... A-Asa! Listen here. Yeah, I feel sorry for you, I really am. That must've hurt you so much. In spite of that, I can't really help you, all I can do is to give you some advice." said Jousuke
"Sure, advise me please, Jousuke-sama!" said Asa.
Jousuke thought to himself "Jousuke-sama? That felt so weird."
Jousuke cleared his throat and then spoke. "Asa, you're a good guy. You're funny, tall, talented athlete, and somehow...attractive. But as your friend, I'll be honest. You, Asa, showed a lot of red flags! Firstly, you don't take relationships seriously; you engage into it like a game. Secondly, you don't give enough time for your partner. Thirdly, you give them your littlest effort. Lastly, as her dad have said, you don't take anything seriously."
Jousuke paused for a moment and took a deep breath. After that, he continued speaking but with louder voice.
"But hey, Asa, listen to me! Mistakes can be corrected, but trust can never be rebuilt perfectly. What you have to do now is move on. Now, you're knocked down emotionally. And what do you do when you're knocked down? That's right, you stand up. You can't move forward forever by just crawling. You have to stand up and walk to move forward more effectively. Remember, once a mistake is done, there's no going back. What you can do is prevent yourself from doing the same mistake twice, more especially in terms of love." said Jousuke.
Asa murmured as he sniffed "Jo-Jousuke..."
Jousuke looked at Asa with the thought that Asa is mad at him. Jousuke thought to himself "What? Did i say something wrong?"
Jousuke then spoke loudly to apologize "I'm so sorry Asa if it hurt you, I didn't-" then he was interrupted by Asa.
"Thank you so much Jousuke-Sama. I never realized that! Yes, maybe I need to change and be better as a person. I offer you my deepest gratitude!" said Asa while crying
"Yeah, I really didn't do that much, but you're welcome." said Jousuke.
Asa hugged Jousuke but Jousuke seems to hate it—Jousuke hates hugs. Jousuke then shouted "Cut it out!"
-AT SCHOOL-
Jousuke and Asa were walking in the hallway. They saw Natsu along with Joutarou—one of their best friend in another class. They waved at each other and then Jousuke and Asa went to talk with Natsu and Joutarou.
"What's u- Woah, your eyes are so red Asa-kun." said Joutarou.
"It's a long story. Don't mind me, I'm fine now." said Asa.
"Anyways, have you decided now, Jousuke?" said Natsu.
Jousuke replied "I don't really know, give me some time."
Natsu and Asa nodded. On the other hand, Joutarou doesn't know what they're talking about so he stayed quiet. Joutarou saw his teacher walking in the hallway so he went his class.
"As much as I wanna talk to you guys, I think the class will start anytime soon. I'll catch up with you later." said Joutarou.
"Sure." the three of them replied.
After Joutarou left, the three also went to their class. As they walked through the hallway, Jousuke felt something; someone crossed paths with him. When he looked back, he saw Boutsuki along with her friends. He looked at her for a while and overheard something.
"Save it, Leah-chan. I wanna hear it later." said Junna—Boutsuki's friend.
Jousuke thought to himself as he was shocked "Leah? Boutsuki's first name is Leah? She really is a familiar one. Do I know her from past?"
Natsu suddenly shouted at Jousuke, "Hey, keep walking Jousuke! Stop checking Boutsuki-san out!"
Jousuke, Leah, and Junna was shocked. Jousuke grabbed Natsu and Asa's wrists then ran.
Jousuke then shouted whispered angrily at Natsu "What the heck was that? I'm just looking at her, I don't have the intention to check her out! She's just a familiar girl."
"All right, all right, jeez. I'm sorry okay?" said Natsu.
Jousuke calmed down and said "Whatever, let's go."
On the other hand, at Leah's situation, it seems to be pretty awkward.
"Hey, Leah-chan, do you know those creeps?" Junna asked.
"Y-Ye-Yeah! T-They're my classmates!" said Leah as she blushed.
Junna, Pikari, and Mashiro—Leah's friends stared at Leah as she blushed. Leah thought to herself "Daikuhara-kun? Checking me out?"
Leah ran towards the restroom due to embarrassment and said "Please excuse me guys!"
"Leah-Chan!" the three girls shouted.
"Why am I blushing so hard? Do I like him? Does he like me? Ugh, I don't know! What's happening!?" Leah thought to herself.
The three girls knocked on the door where Leah is. The three of them were concerned and asked
"Are you okay, Leah-Chan?"
"Is something wrong?"
"Did it bother you?"
"Y-Yeah guys, I'm fine. Please don't worry about me." said Leah.
"We're your friends, you can talk to us." said Mashiro.
"I really am fine, you can go now. So sorry guys I made you worry." said Leah.
"If that's what you want. See you later!" said Pikari.
"Sure!" Leah replied.
The three of them left while whispering to each other.
"I really hope she's okay."
"Who's are those guys anyway?"
"No idea."
Leah left the bathroom and started walking while feeling awkward. The moment she stepped into their class, she heard a male'e voice called her name.
"Boutsuki-san!" said the boy.
Leah looked at the boy as she was shocked.
