Next morning…
"I didn't get any sleep at all! I was thinking all night about what my father told me." "Moon, what's my task for today?" Sai was just staring at the screen as he checked on his status. "System: You'll about to find out in 3… 2… 1…"
Then someone knocks on the door and enters. It was the butler, David. "Good morning, your highness. It's time." Sai stood up and went to the bathroom. "David, prepare everything while I take a bath." Sai said as he went to the bathroom.
30 minutes later…
"David, is everything ready?" The butler starts to dress up Sai as he answers. "Yes, your highness. Your father is waiting for you at his office."
As they have finished preparing to meet the emperor. Sai felt how big of a responsibility he had to deal with. He's just 5 years old but technically he is older than that and he is matured enough to handle that responsibility. But even for him this responsibility is heavier than what he has to deal with in his past lives.
"Everything is done, your highness." With a final touch of a brooch Sai is finally ready to meet his father. "Yes, let's go David."
"System: 'Today's mission; Meet your father and meet someone who will be a help to your journey.'
Sai, once you finish your task today you will have to receive your first reward! So, keep it up! Your first task is easy right?"
Sai looks at the screen and has doubts that it won't be as easy as what was said by the system. "You can't fool me, Moon. You have tricked me many times in my past lives. It may look easy but I'm sure it isn't"
"System: You can't be that sure, you know."
They have now arrived at the emperor's office. "Your majesty, the crown prince has arrived" The butler announced and opened the door for Sai.
As Sai entered, he saw his father but not only his father. There's someone else sitting on the sofa.
"Sai Ashenford, you're finally here. I have called you today because I have someone, I need to introduce to you." Sai became tense. He is asking himself 'who is this person?' 'I haven't met him before in my past lives.' Sai became tense because that's a new character. He doesn't know anything about that person, and it will be hard for him to predict anything.
There was a long pause before the emperor spoke again. "Sai, I want you to meet the person who will train you for the remaining 2 years… Meet your master…"
