Chapter 177 - Chapter 177: The Power Of Yhwach, The Dark-Skinned Beauty Arrives

The five powerful Shinigami stood frozen, their expressions a mix of shock and disbelief.

From their perspective, every single enemy rampaging through the Seireitei possessed enough power to destroy the world on their own. Even for them—the elite guards of the Soul King—victory against such monsters seemed uncertain.

Aside from Ichibē Hyōsube, none of them felt confident they could defeat any one of these threats.

Even the manifested Ryūjin Jakka, though weaker than Yamamoto Genryūsai Shigekuni himself, still carried destructive flames that could reduce entire divisions of Zero Squad to ash. The Bankai of Yamamoto was, after all, fire capable of burning the world itself into nothingness.

Because of that, they had chosen silence. They had chosen to wait.

To sit upon the mountain… and watch the tigers tear each other apart.

Whether it was Aizen Sōsuke, Yhwach, or even Nanaya, all three were dangerous, unstable forces. None of them could be allowed to freely roam the realms. So long as at least one of them was weakened or crippled in battle, the Zero Division would consider it a victory.

"…This isn't his real body."

Ōetsu Nimaiya frowned, his sharp eyes locked onto the figure of Nanaya that had appeared before them.

"This is… a crow!?"

The others blinked in surprise. At first, the illusion had seemed so real, but the truth was now clear—Nanaya's body was nothing more than condensed black feathers forming the shape of a man.

"Crow…?" Senjumaru Shutara's voice trailed off. Her mind raced, putting fragments together. As if struck by realization, she quickly tilted her head upward to the heavens.

The sight stole her breath away.

The sun that had been shining in the sky was gone.

In its place hung a massive blood-red moon, ominous and unnatural. Around its edge swirled faint shadows shaped like magatama beads, symbols of eerie power.

The others followed her gaze. At once, their faces changed.

"What… is this!?" Kirinji Tenshirō muttered, his voice rough with disbelief. "Has he warped the heavens themselves?"

"An illusion?" Hikifune Kirio's voice was low, tense. "Could his power be hypnotizing us on such a massive scale?"

Ichibē Hyōsube closed his eyes for a moment, his tone deep and steady when he spoke:"Not just Seireitei… this ability covers everything. Even here. Even the defenses of the Soul King's Palace couldn't keep it out."

Ōetsu's frown deepened, his tone sharp: "Then what do we do? Do we intervene? Do we actually help him?"

He clenched his fists. "But Aizen Sōsuke and Yhwach… you both know as well as I do—their goal has always been the Soul King. If we leave this palace, even for a moment, it may give them the opening they're waiting for."

His words cut the air like a blade. "And you all know what that means. If the Soul King falls… all three worlds collapse."

A heavy silence settled over the room. None of them had an answer.

Meanwhile, on the battlefield below, Aizen Sōsuke, Yhwach, and Ryūjin Jakka struck as one.

Cero blasts streaked across the sky like suns exploding. Blue arrows rained down in endless volleys, each sharp enough to pierce the heavens. Flames roared like an ocean consuming the world, swallowing all in their path.

Each attack alone carried the weight of death. Together, they felt like the end of existence itself.

"I'll deal with you first, Nanaya-kun," Aizen said, his smile elegant yet cold. But beneath it, unease stirred.

For once, the man who had always been confident in his superiority no longer felt secure. This human… he was dangerous. If Nanaya was not removed here and now, Aizen sensed a future where even he could be crushed.

Watching from a distance, Kyoraku Shunsui's eyes widened at the storm of attacks.

"This is… really bad," he muttered grimly.

Though they trusted Nanaya's strength, the reality before them was harsh. Aizen, Yhwach, and Ryūjin Jakka were not just strong—they were each titans who could easily destroy the Seireitei.

Even Yamamoto in his prime might have fallen against such a combination.

Shunsui drew in a slow breath, his voice dropping into a commanding tone as he turned to the others.

"No matter what, we can't just stand here. We'll have to stop at least one of them."

His hand hovered near his blade, but he shook his head. "Without using our Zanpakutō… Kidō is our only option."

The Shinigami around him exchanged nods, determination flashing in their eyes despite the fear tightening their chests.

Together, they turned their focus toward Yhwach, the enemy they deemed most dangerous.

Raising their right hands in unison, they began to chant. Their voices echoed like a spell weaving across the broken cityscape:

"Beast bones scattered far and wide!Spire of red crystal! Steel wheels turning! That which moves is the wind,That which rests is the heavens.Let the sound of countless spears striking echo through the empty skies!"

Their words built in intensity, the air trembling with their spiritual power.

"Hadō Number 63: Raikōhō—Fiery Lightning Howl!!!"

"The Lord! The mask of flesh and blood! The one who is the universe, the one who spreads his wings, the one crowned with the name of man! Carve twin lotuses upon the wall of blue fire, and wait for the abyss of flame in the distant sky!"

"Hadō #73 – Twin Lotus Blue Fire Crash Down!!!"

"The turbid symbols shimmer faintly, unruly and arrogant talents that disrupt the tides. Negation, paralysis, a fleeting halt to eternal slumber. The crawling steel princess, the clay doll that wounds itself—

Bind together, rebound, extend to the ground, and face your own helplessness!"

"Hadō #90 – Black Coffin!!!"

Blinding Kidō erupted across the battlefield. Golden lightning tore through the heavens, pale-blue fire blossomed like twin lotuses, and a massive cube of darkness descended, its interior filling with countless black spears. All of it surged toward Yhwach, swallowing the sky in a storm of destructive sorcery.

But on the sidelines, Aizen Sōsuke and Ryūjin Jakka merely glanced at the display before looking away. Their expressions remained calm, almost bored.

They knew.

No matter how dazzling, this level of Kidō could never harm Yhwach. Not the man who called himself omniscient and omnipotent.

And as expected—

Within the collapsing black cube, a single swing of Yhwach's black blade shattered everything. The lightning, the flames, the spears of shadow—all torn apart like paper, erased from existence.

"What!?"

The pupils of Kyoraku Shunsui and the others shrank in shock. Their strongest Kidō, cast with all their combined strength, hadn't even scratched him.

"I already told you…"

Yhwach's voice was low, heavy with authority, his gaze cold as he looked down upon the Shinigami.

"All power is meaningless before me. My name is Yhwach—the one who rules over every power."

He extended his right hand and aimed it toward Shunsui, Sui-Feng, and the others.

A chill ran through their bodies. An ominous dread coiled in their hearts.

But before the attack could land—

"Shunkō: Raijū Senkei!!!"

A fierce, crackling voice roared across the battlefield. A black figure flashed into existence beside Yhwach.

It was Shihōin Yoruichi.

Her body was clad in a skintight black combat suit, stockings hugging her toned legs, her smooth skin gleaming where the fabric revealed her shoulders, back, and thighs. Every movement carried lethal elegance, the balance of grace and raw predatory strength.

Electricity crackled around her fists, building into a blinding storm.

She struck.

The punch landed squarely on Yhwach, and the man who had declared himself all-powerful was blasted backward, his body flying through the air.

"Such strength…" Yhwach's eyes narrowed slightly, genuine surprise flickering across his face.

In the next instant, Yoruichi's figure blurred. She reappeared beside Sui-Feng, scooping her up and retreating to a safer distance in a streak of lightning.

From the sidelines, Nanaya blinked, his lips curling into an amused grin.

"Wow… smooth back, long legs, dark skin against pale skin. Yoruichi and Sui-Feng really are the perfect contrast!"

He wasn't shocked at Yoruichi's power. After all, the "strange power punch" she had just used was a technique he had personally taught her. Combined with her unmatched speed, her strikes had become devastatingly lethal.

Catching his gaze, Yoruichi flushed faintly and shot him a glare.

"Why didn't you call me here earlier!?"

If she hadn't followed her own instincts to Hueco Mundo, she never would have known how dire things had become.

Still clashing against Aizen and Ryūjin Jakka, Nanaya's voice carried a helpless tone, though his eyes glinted with humor.

"You looked so tired back then… I didn't have the heart to bother you."

At his words, Yoruichi's cheeks grew hotter. Her eyes darted to the faint red marks still lingering on her body, memories flashing unbidden.

"You damn brat…" she muttered through clenched teeth, her face scarlet.
