The grand auction hall fell into stunned silence.
Crow turned his head slightly, surprised by the sudden warmth against his cheek.
Lyravex, ever confident, had leaned up and kissed him. Not shyly, not playfully—but directly, deliberately, and in front of the entire audience.
The room erupted.
"What the—?!"
"Did she just—?!"
"That's not scripted, right?!"
Even the auctioneer, mid-sentence, stumbled over his words as whispers turned to a roaring tide of disbelief. Screenshots were already flying across the server forums. Clips were being recorded, slowed down, analyzed frame by frame.
Crow blinked once, unsure if it was her or the aftereffects of his growing influence. His hand unconsciously reached up to the spot she kissed.
Lyravex just smiled up at him, eyes glinting. "Just a reminder, Master—I'm yours. And they should know that."
