Chapter Two Hundred and Twenty – "The Truth About Territories"
Crow stood atop a hill just outside his phantom-car-parked base, watching Myrren hover silently beside him.
He turned toward Lyravex and his core heroes.
"Normally, players unlock their first Territory at level 30," he began. "It acts as a personal domain, like a pocket dimension, where you can recruit units, build defenses, and store resources."
The others listened closely, especially the new recruits who hadn't yet explored the deeper mechanics of the game.
"But mine... I started with one. Not by accident," Crow continued. "Higher-ranked Territories have more potential—stronger summoning circles, better loot scaling, and eventually... the ability to invade weaker Territories."
Lyravex blinked. "So that's why you were always ten steps ahead."
Crow nodded. "That's only the beginning."
