Currently, Sally aimed to cover her ARSES, and to stop the Dark Rizzards from getting their hands on the EVP Blueprints which, although not exactly something she was overly enthusiastic about, she felt still needed to be done since this was in line with her character development in this novel up to this point.
On the other hand, Itvasme and the Dark Rizzards were… getting worked up, somewhat in a bit of a tizzy, since despite all their bravado about capturing Sally and making her do what they wanted… Sally was still, after all, a massive Icon and celebrity, and so in fact, many of the DRSABCDs had rehearsed, in addition to their Dark Rizz techniques, various backup plans and lines in case the opportunity arose, which included asking for her autograph, maybe… even a chance to get waved at or a smile?!?!
It was unlikely since Sally probably wasn't feeling too generous, particularly considering that they were coming in essentially to steal her Research - the EVP Blueprints in addition to trying to wipe the ARSES… out.
But still. Maybe it was still possible?!
Hope. It existed in one and all, even in the Dark Rizzards!!!
Itvasme could roughly sense the rather fanboy and fangirl-y vibes emanating from the otherwise normally hardened DRSABCDs - well, many were still 'hardened', but it seemed in a rather different way to normal.
Many were fidgeting and twiddling their thumbs, some had taken out their phones and were tidying themselves up and checking to make sure their hair looked good using the reverse camera… others were daydreaming about posting selfies in the Dark Rizzard Alliance server with hashtags "#MeetandgreetwithSally?! and #worktoday along with various emojis, farming likes and aura from their comrades...
Itvasme took in this scene and clucked her tongue in annoyance. If only they were all like Zhang Lu…
Hmm… Unbeknownst to even her, Itvasme's eyes softened a touch but she brushed the random thought aside and continued.
Whatever. They had a job to do.
"What are you all doing?!?!"
She swatted one of the, in her estimation, more goonish, extra-looking Dark Rizzards on the back of the head.
In fact, this particular Dark Rizzard's extra, 'kelefe'[1]-ness was in fact how he had got his current position, which goes to show that sometimes not being MC-level good looking could actually have its benefits!!!
[1] kelefe is a Chinese slang for a total extra and random, usually in a movie setting - but often with a slightly deprecating connotation.
"What are you all spacing out for!!!"
"Stop f***king around and let's storm this Central Convenience Castle!!!"
She thought of something and added another well calculated line.
"Think! If we succeed, then it wouldn't be too late to have a meet and greet…"
Oh!!!
The Dark Rizzards immediately stopped spacing out and adopted appropriately Dark expressions.
"As expected of Itvasme!"
"Yeah!!! Let's do this!!!"
They were filled with enthusiasm, and immediately, they strode towards the Central Convenience Store's entrance!!!!
