A bolt of lightning tore across the sky and struck the harbor of Water 7, transforming into a man with four drums strapped to his back and long earlobes.
"Water 7, I've arrived, huh."
Twirling the golden staff in his hand, Enel glanced at the Eternal Pose on his wrist, then looked curiously at the surrounding waterways.
"Lightning... turned into a person!"
"Is he a Devil Fruit user?!"
"This guy looks familiar!"
Watching Enel, who had descended from the sky with a brilliant flash and a loud bang, the people in the harbor were stunned. It was the first time they had seen a person turn into lightning.
"Hmm... a battleship. A Marine battleship?" Enel noticed the giant dog-head warship in the distance and looked somewhat puzzled.
Enel was no longer the ignorant man he once was, and he naturally recognized that the warship's design was clearly a Marine vessel. Moreover, such a massive ship was usually the personal transport of an Admiral-level figure, but it was his first time seeing a Marine warship with a dog-head figurehead.

The Marines on the dog-head battleship were thrown into chaos.

The reckless Luffy was being scolded by his equally reckless grandfather, Garp. The Straw Hat Pirates, the Franky Family inside, and the Marines surrounding the building outside were all stunned.
The Straw Hat Pirates and the Franky Family did not know that Luffy had a Marine Vice Admiral for a grandfather, and the Marines had no idea that their hero, Garp, had a pirate grandson.
"Get up now! Luffy! Is that any way to accept a lecture?!" Garp's angry roar came from inside the house.

After the beating ended, Luffy clutched the big red lumps swelling on his head, tears in his eyes, looking like a little gourd boy.

Suddenly, just as Garp was about to speak, his arms folded, a Den Den Mushi rang.
"Hmm?" Garp turned his head. It was the Den Den Mushi carried by his subordinate.
The subordinate was a stern, unsmiling man wearing a grey fedora, a grey suit, wielding a katana, and draped in the Marine's signature 'Justice' coat.
His name was Bogard, a famous swordsman in the Marines.
"It's me, what is it?" Bogard took a Den Den Mushi from his coat and connected the call.
"Bogard-san! Please quickly inform Vice Admiral Garp! The New World great pirate, a cadre of the Chris Pirates, God Enel, has appeared in Water 7!" The Den Den Mushi twitched continuously, practically spitting, as the agitated voice of the Marine on the other end came through.
"God Enel!"
Bogard's pupils instantly widened. He quickly yelled towards Garp, "Vice Admiral Garp—"
"I heard it." Garp waved his hand, frowning. "It's too late. He's already here."
Crack!
Boom!
Thunder roared, and lightning flashed brilliantly. A figure abruptly materialized on the lawn.
Zzzzt… zzzzt…
"Yahahaha! I found you, Straw Hat kid!" Enel grinned widely, electrical arcs jumping around his body, his eyes filled with cruelty.
"Uh, who, me?" Luffy was a little stunned.
"Ahh! The lightning turned into a person! Ahh!" Chopper was terrified, running back and forth.
"A Devil Fruit user!"
Sanji, Nami, Robin, Franky, and the others became instantly guarded.
"It's God Enel!"

"Is he here for the Straw Hats, too?"

The numerous Marine soldiers on the lawn drew their swords, cocked their guns, and the sound of weapons being prepared filled the air as they semi-surrounded Enel.
"Do you have business with my grandson, lightning boy?"
Garp turned around and looked at Enel calmly. In his heart, he was still wondering why a great pirate of Enel's caliber would be looking for Luffy. Was it the intention of that man, or was this Enel's own action? Had Luffy somehow provoked them?
"Old man Garp, I can't believe you have a pirate grandson. That's hilarious! Yahahaha!" Looking at the broad-chested, muscular old man before him, Enel, who had already shrouded the entire island with his Observation Haki, had naturally overheard the conversation. He laughed mockingly at Garp.
"Shut your mouth. This isn't a matter for a junior like you to interfere with," Garp said, looking displeased.
"It's not for me to interfere with, but…" Enel curved his lips, his gaze shifting to Luffy in the doorway. "I have some personal business I need to take care of with Straw Hat kid!"
"Who are you? What do you want with me?" Luffy frowned. His beast-like intuition sensed the thick scent of bloodlust and immense power radiating from the man, much like the great tiger he had encountered on Mt. Corvo when he was a child.
"Luffy-san, be careful! He's the infamous great pirate from the second half of the Grand Line, God Enel!" A young man with pink hair walked up to Luffy, whispering a warning.
"God Enel! What a cool name!" Luffy said with a hint of admiration. He then looked at the pink-haired boy who had warned him, his face full of confusion, and asked, "Huh? Who are you?"
"Uh, Luffy-san, it's me! Coby!" The pink-haired boy scratched his head, smiling.
"Coby?" Luffy tilted his head.
"The crybaby, useless Coby!" Coby said, embarrassed, touching his head.
"Ah! Really?!" Luffy's eyes bulged in shock.
"Hey! Hey! Hey! Are you ignoring me, bastard!" Seeing Luffy casually conversing with someone else, Enel flew into a rage. "Damn it! You little thief who stole my gold! I'll crush you!"
"Inazuma!" Enel thrust out his hand. His wrist turned into lightning, instantly striking Luffy in a straight line.
"Luffy!" Garp, whose mind was momentarily elsewhere, was startled.
"Luffy!" Nami and the others exclaimed in shock.
"Luffy-san!" Coby watched helplessly as the bright lightning enveloped Luffy right in front of him, the crackling sound of electricity filling his ears.
"Yahahaha! Die, bastard!" Enel, always confident in his attacks, roared with maniacal laughter.
